✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
3 eggs
150 g/ 5.3 oz sugar (4/5 cups)
a pinch of salt
80 ml/ 2.7 fl oz sunflower Oil (2/5 cups)
130 g/ 4.6 oz Greek yogurt (6 tbsp.l)
50 ml/ 1.7 fl.oz lemon juice (juice of one lemon)
300 g / 10.6 oz flour (2 cups)
15 g/ 0.5 oz baking powder (3 tsp)
50 g/ 1.8 oz walnuts
1 tbsp sugar
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 C (360F)
baking dish 24 cm (9 inches)

Seulement, je trouve la pâte très épaisse 🤔 et je me demande si la cuisson de ce gâteau l'a rendu bien moelleux 🤔 excusez-moi de vous dire cela, mais je réalise certains de vos gâteaux, et je n'ai jamais vu "la texture" aussi épaisse....
Est ce l'ajout des noix ? Ne mettre que 250 g de farine et 50 g de noix??
Peut être monter les blancs en neige? Un ajout d'extrait de vanille pour moi, et peut être aussi, un petit bouchon de rhum🤔
Je vais le réaliser jeudi pour vendredi. Je vais y faire ces quelques modifications, et je viendrais vers vous pour vous donner le résultat 🧐
