    He shouldn't have been allowed to retire with benefits. If he wanted to quit, let him, but he loses any claim on retirement.
    He really should have been arrested.

  • @drsteiny1

    Why does he get to keep his pension? He should lose all benefits, not be rewarded for nearly slaughtering a fellow officer.

      Keep benefits? Our asses would be in fucking jail forever!!!

      This is one time id say say let him keep the money for shooting a cop. Only because now that cop that cop that got shoot knows what every innocent and unarmed person felt or feels when they got shoot by a cop.

    Just add to the transparency, he walked away with full retirement after nearly murdering someone doesn't matter if it was a fellow officer or suspect murder that's what this guy is about arrogance intimidation threats of violence and the execution of anyone that he felt like he needed to to yell gun gun gun and then start shooting 9 x is the mark of an armed coward.

    I didn't see anything about this until now. I am appalled whenever a police officer is able to file for and get retirement once they are under investigation. This same thing happened with several corrupt officers in my home state of Kentucky in Lexington a few years back and it also involved a couple of firemen who did the same. That was the first time I became aware of this little technique. One of them is earning over 150K per year for the rest of his life. Every single city, county, and state government entity that hires any form of law enforcement should have a law that states they are ineligible for filing for or receiving retirement benefits if they are under investigation pending the outcome of the investigation. If they are found guilty of violations, then they forfeit the governments contribution to their retirement.

    above the law. They delayed everything so he could retire and keep his pension. Cops are some sorry individuals.

    So he,s retiring.........big deal.Does that mean he can,t be charged with attempt of murder? Retiring means he gets away with a crime? If I shoot my boss nine(9) times, then file for retirerment, I would,t be charge for shooting my boss? I guess I must become a cop first.

      kurt langenbacher haha good one!
      And I agree how does filing to retire equal dropped charges? While being investigated cops shouldn’t be granted retirement.
      Go to work tomorrow. Rob the place. Shoot the boss. Then rape the secretary. Leave your retirement/resignation papers as you walk out. And you can’t be prosecuted? Totally fucked up.

    He has to retire or lose his pension if he is fired. What a douche move. Sounds more like an attempted murder then a cop suddenly becoming grossly incompetent. Most likely there is something very bad going on in their drug enforcement department that they don't want brought forward.

  • @HsingSun

    If an officer file for retirement, that means he/she can get a pension, is that right?

  • @waynewalentowski6108
    @waynewalentowski6108 6 років тому

    Let him retire, but, withhold any pension he has coming. Also he should lose any benefits he has coming. The Police Union should stand behind the victim and not this dirty cop.

  • @lisamaitland157
    @lisamaitland157 4 роки тому +1

    Their Union get's a heads up on something, and gives them the warning to = retire/resign before anything can happen. This allows them to get re-hired in other departments. Civilian board wont do this = We have investigated everything, and found him to be justified. While Cops investigating cops, will always find them innocent.
