It needs a real door to close off the rear bedroom. Something to reduce the sound from a friend or relative sleeping in the front that is snoring or still awake and watching TV. Also to reduce the noise of somebody who is sleeping in the front or in the front while you are sleeping and comes back to use the bathroom. If it had a real door on the back I would seriously consider buying one of these. Perhaps Thor could customized be one with a door for the bedroom? Not just a little thin accordion screen.
I have the 2017 four winds siesta and love it however this new design with the kitchenette and then adding recliners is super cool! How can I trade up!!??
This is definitely my favorite model of RV? I’m thinking of going full time because I’m an travel nurse. :) What is the drive quality like in cities and tight spaces? Also is there affordable financing for full timers 😅?
Hi Lauren, these are the second smallest RV that you can have. The converted class c sprinter are a great alternative to the smallest class b van RVs. The bathrooms and storage space is much less in the b vans. Anything Mercedes is going to have a Hefty price but are the best fuel mileage of any RV. Would think the coach would be under powered given the size of the engine. Great interior cabinets and floor plan. Tend to think that a lot of that storage couldn't be utilized given the limited CCC. Also, us short types wouldn't care for the location of the microwave and the control system.
While this unit would not fit our needs, I absolutely love it. My biggest complaint is lack of storage capacity. Only 800+ pounds really goes fast and I think it takes away from the engineering efforts of the people who were able to create an outstanding floor plan with a lot of room for storage but according to the cargo capacity # the unit isn't rated to take full advantage of it.
Sprinters are alway low OCCC. There are other small predicts with higher capacities but they lack the fuel mileage and safety of the sprinter. It’s always a trade off! 🤷🏻♂️
I need help! We bought a 2023 Thor Delano FB from General RV. We took delivery 4/10/2023. We have had one problem after another. I have called Thor, General RV Customer Service, and Cummins! 1. The generator is broken. They finally found out that the inverter is bad. Now we don’t have a generator, and on top of that the fuel line was left open and we have been (unknowingly) spilling gas. We should have been given a new generator. 2. General RV will not submit paperwork to Thor to replace generator on a NEW UNIT! 3. The cabinet above the kitchen is hanging on ONE hinge! It literally falling apart. Please help us!
Unfortunately not yet… however I do think before long everyone will be moving away from gas/electric refrigerators. You can definite have one installed after production.
I really like this floor plan because of the reclining couch and separate dinette but not a fan of that small bed in the back that's a deal breaker.. its not a queen bed its a full size 54 inches the queen is 60 inches
This one packs 10lbs into a 5kb bag. Tough to have it all in one package. They make other floor plans with larger beds but then you don’t get the theater seats. Everything is a trade off.

👍 Looks nice and looks practical for an couple. But I have bad news for you. Full tank of diesel fuel + full tank of fresh water + full tank of LP gas = 500.2 pounds. Add 300 pounds for you and your spouse. That's 800 pounds. Bring some clothes and now you at your max carrying capacity. Any ideas?
@@RVConcierge Loose half the freshwater, I don't like propane so mine would be fully electric and I would use one of those hitch carriers for extra stuff. Just my .02

Well you could keep the bathroom door closed to the hallway like he showed and use the screen as well in case someone needs the bathroom.

Love outside kitchens… so I made my own outside kitchen with a couple
tables… works perfect!
