Disney's Grand Californian Staycation at Disney Vacation Club Villas | What I Ate & Did | Relaxing

- I stayed at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel again last month for a very relaxing staycation! The Disney Vacation Club Villas offer fantastic accommodations. The Deluxe Studio (the smallest of the DVC rooms) is large and comfortable, and I love staying in these rooms.
I used the on-site gym, which has a good variety of workout machines and equipment- it's great for a hotel gym. I spent a majority of my time at the pools and hot tub relaxing, eating, and reading a book. I had lunch at Paradise Garden Grill where I got the Chile Verde Flautas.
For dinner, I brought a cooler with tri tip, corn on the cob, a salad, and peppers with onions to grill. I used the hotel BBQ to grill my dinner, and it turned out to be a delicious and fun activity.
I spent the 2nd day at the pools and hot tubs again, so I went to Craftsman Bar for lunch. I headed into the parks for a little bit and eventually got dinner at Rancho del Zocalo. I had an AMAZING time staying at the GCH.

Dinner looked top notch. Disney should really provide real plates and cutlery.
It's odd that The Disneyland Hotel Villas have real plates, but the Grand Californian doesn't lol
I’m a local and will drive to the Park just for lunch at Craftsman Grill.
My favorite dish there are the Sticky Chicken Wings. My favorite burger is at Chili’s. They have a $10.99 burger special which includes a burger, soup or salad, fries snd and a beverage. Cheaper than In-N-Out (which I also love).
Chili's is cheaper than McDonalds now, and wayyyy better! I get the chips, the burger and a drink for $10.99...such a good deal! And I love the Sticky Wings at Craftsman
