  • 10 MINUTE SHOULDER WORKOUT for women over 50 with dumbbells | follow along with me at home or gym.
    It’s Rae. Join me for a 10 minute shoulder workout. This workout can be done at home or the gym, all you need is your dumbbells and a chair or bench, a yoga mat if you have one! If you are a beginner you can do this workout, follow along with me to learn the exercise and correct form without weights, or very light weight or bottles of water. If you are experienced then you know what you need to do to make it challenging for you! I am using 3 and 5 kg dumbbells. You can do this as a stand alone workout or add it to other exercises like I do.
    We are going to be doing supersets today. A superset is when you go from one exercise right into another, with no rest in between. Our muscles will get more time under tension and we will be getting the most out of your workouts when we are limited in time.

    How is your posture so immaculate? Are you active throughout the day? Do spend a lot of time sitting? Or are you just reliant on exercise and stretching?

      Thank you 😊 I do sit for work and even editing videos is a lot of sitting so not ideal. I like to do mobility exercises and walking. I have always been mindful of my posture but feel that the key is to keep moving. The best posture is the next posture!
