Eric bab was MC at my sister's wedding in 1990. I met him in a meeting at LINK drug addiction rehabilitation meeting in 1991-92 along with my friend who was a Psychiatrist at KMC. I can look at his childhood, poverty and natural inclination to feel/help downtrodden poor people. if a lady takes home three potatoes imagine the poverty at her home. The priest should have given more food to take home and share True Love from Jesus. Mr Jerry Fernandes(Fernandes brothers)'s wife is my distant relative. Their house was near Ballal Garage, Kadri.

First in religion where we work church gets income from devotees mainly. But private companies will work on profit then only they can pay salary and if we come across government intistutes they earn revenue from taxes and revenue from government companies.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏so they are paying salary govt workers 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
After retirement from military l joined private companies and experienced same life like you. But I was working sincerely and worked as situation arises. Even in low salary also I worked and I was encouraging my fellow workers also to work sincerely and they were happy 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I had seen trade union, student union strikes happened during my student life and also I happened see to my student friends life, but due my poverty I was unable understand. An interesting insight into Eric Ozerio's life story. His fighting spirit against injustice to the underprivileged and innocent community members continues even today. The name of Eric Ozerio would stand tall in our community for many years for the service he rendered to the konkani language and its recognition.
