Autobahn A42 in Germany, driving the entire A42 from Kreuz Kamp-Lintfort to Kreuz Castrop-Rauxel-Ost.
From Kamp-Lintfort (near Duisburg) to Dortmund.
Autobahn A42 runs parallel with A40 and A2.

There is some autobahn in Germany that it was built in an extremely difficult terrain ?

+Sebastián Paris as in mountains etc.? Not really. The Albaufstieg (A8) comes to mind or the descent of the A7 between Kassel and Göttingen. The Autobahnen in Berlin normally have a complicated trajectory, but thats not difficult terrain per se
