Welcome to today's 35 minute full body circuits dumbbell workout, the latest challenge in our FULL BODY Series! This strength training session is designed to keep your heart rate elevated and your muscles engaged by utilizing a circuit style format.
You'll perform two circuits, each targeting different muscle groups. Work through each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by a 20 second rest, before moving on to the next exercise. Complete each circuit twice for a total of four rounds. The workout ends with a finisher that focuses on unilateral exercises to challenge your balance and stability. Get ready to push yourself, maintain proper form, and feel the burn in this intense, full body dumbbell circuit workout!

🏋️ Equipment: A set of dumbbells and workout mat. For reference only, Dan is using 30 & 50 lb dumbbells; Tiff is using 10 lb dumbbells.

Started weights a couple of months ago. Ended up mainly doing yours. We are 59 and the benefits are obvious. We hiked 21 km yesterday at 32C and very hilly. My wife had zero arm or shoulder issues from her backpack. We were both carrying 3 litres of water. She always struggles with the back pack but for the second time in a row nothing, nada, zilch. It was such a good session.. drench in sweat.. I have this stubborn upper back fat that refuses to budge.. I’m using 15 to 20 lbs weights throughout the workouts too.. sad😢

the weights being used- is each dumbbell 10 or 30 lbs, or two 5 lbs and two 15 lbs dumbbells ?

Is dumbbell weight the total weight of both or weight of each dumbbell?
Per dumbbell. If the exercise only uses one dumbbell then the total weight is displayed.

This is great, nearly unfollowed when the renegades came in though 😂
Brilliant work out! Perfect for my style but the ads are getting ridiculous. They were just at the start and then in the middle and were skippable after 20 seconds but this work out had two unskippable 60 seconds ad breaks either 10 ads! It completely ruins the workout experience. If I subscribe to @tiff&dan does that remove the ads? I don’t think so unless I subscribe to UA-cam, but does anyone know?
