Most of these are fanmade, except for the Spyro one, which is actually real. In fact, not only is it real, but it goes as far as making the game as frustrating to play as possible. The antipiracy will randomly delete collectables you obtain, cause you to enter random levels, crash the game constantly... and during the final boss fight, the game will reset ALL your progress and overwrite your save file.
Earthbound has a very similar antipiracy method. The game spawns neverending clusters of enemies to attack you and make the game very annoying to play through, and during the final boss fight, as soon as the villain's true form is revealed, the game freezes and deletes all your save data.

You are right for both of the questions, after that, you will still be able to continue playing this game but lots of things will cause the game to be EXTREMELY unstable. Things like game crashes, lost data, etc. also if you manage to get to the final boss, the last thing the game will do is DELETE ALL DATA AND PUT YOUR PROGRESS BACK TO 0!!! BTW, this is very real!

You know what would be cool for Mario Kart anti-piracy? If even when you got ahead of all the other racers, it still said you were in 2nd place, basically as a way of saying “pirates don’t get to be in 1st place.”
I also thought the Mario Galaxy one was really cool, although they totally missed an opportunity to make a joke about space pirates.

Spyros Anti-Piracy is you can still play but it is really UNSTABLE.
Baldis is real, if it detects something wrong, it shows the Badsum screen (The Blue Sad Baldi with Wide pupils)
Ocarina of time will play like normal until the Crumbling castle part, Zelda will leave you while phasing through the bars, while you stay left behind to die.
I want to highlight somethings they could have done for Anti-Piracy detection, even if they are fake!
5:52 They could have added a Criminal record type of thing where you can’t even pass through the start and you are just denied through.
9:29 To prevent false copies of going through, they could have added a little code in order to be classified as a legitimate copy, or else it’s false, and maybe it should play that Piano sound when you forget to add the GBP disc.
15:04 Only 1 game that you can’t even play because there IS NO CONTROLS just because you pirated a copy, though they should make it 1 time free pass until they can’t for the next one.

Which kind of confuses me, I mean I can understand why you shouldn't have pirated copies of games or make them yourself. Emulators are used to play games you normally couldn't play on a console since they would be region-locked.

One thing thats reoccuring with most fanmade antipiracy screens, is they dont know what made the screens unsettling in the first place. The atmosphere, the unsettling music... heck, you dont even need music for it to be unsettling. The characters looking at sone sort of oncoming doom, or even just text on a screen. That is a good anti piracy screen. Heck, ones that look legit are good. Where they block you from playing properly and either use a realistic checker or show other cool things. Ones that just copy the mario party anti piracy screen's quote, have cheap jumpscares, and have chances are faker than a piece of cardboard. These anti piracy screen creators dont know much about what was unsettling.
