    I never comment on videos but as someone who is building their first gaming pc and trying to learn, your videos have been so instrumental. When looking for reviews on parts or potential problems with said parts and cases, it’s your content that I get the answers and recommendations from and trust. Literally pick a component I like and search it on UA-cam, there you are. Please keep the amazing content coming!

    You know for all of the hype from big channel;s about this is the best new PC building guide or hey watch us build a new PC beginners version, I am so thankful I found this channel, I am not a first time builder but I haven't built a new pc in years and unfortunately I am also the proud owner of a brain that second guesses every action I take and deals with it by creating mass amount of anxiety and stress for myself. Therefore, it also leads to a pretty big procrastination problem. I wait to do or finish projects due to second guessing myself and the anxiety that creates, yeah I know, a self created vicious cycle,can you say therapy, lol....proud to say I'm working through it, but I digress. Your video is the first one i have actually found that describes the thing i freak-out about the most the little, simple things, the oh I should know this, things...and it has helped so much! I am not an idiot but I sincerely do second guess every move, especially if I am not versed in what I am trying to accomplish. You helped me avoid a lot of anxiety, so thank you. Cheaper cases I use for building for friends/family have separate cables for all the front panel connections so first time assemblers may well struggle. Also, I always include a speaker in my builds as this will alert you to problems and is a user confidence booster. The set of front case pins on my motherboard were labeled as (JFP1). I had a hard time finding out where to plug in all of my front case power switches, but I was able to download the manual for my motherboard and it had a diagram of how to plug in the front case connections using the JFP1 header.
    1st time builder but im going all out regardless. Ended up going with an MSI z790 Carbon Wifi Motherboard, i7 13700k, MSI 4090 Gaming X Trio 24Gb, Arctic Freezer ii 420 AIO, 9 additional QL120 Corsair fans, and 32gb corsair dominator.
    I've had all my parts for a week and still got a long way to go before it's up and running but it has been worth the experience. Had a few setbacks but overall it's been OK. Just found out that my Atx Cpu psu cables aren't long enough to reach the motherboard, now I have to wait yet another day to continue the build. Anywho, thanks for the video.

    So my 13 yr old grandson decided he wanted to clean the gaming pc I bought for him , I guess he thought he was smart enough to do it because he watches a lot of PC videos , well what he didn’t account for was that some of the wire connectors wouldn’t have the writing on them to tell him where everything goes , now I’ve got a $700 gaming pc I can’t put back together. And I don’t know where to take it to have it put back together. I’m kinda upset about this , but I guess this will teach him a lesson and until I can figure it out , he’s without his games. So it’s working out for at least that reason. Although this video is helpful to those that have the writing on their connections , it’s not doing me one bit of good. I’m aggravated asf. It’s an older PC but it still worked great. I even played Starfield on it , it may have stuttered here and there but not enough to bother anything.
    UUUUUUGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!

    Is it normal that text “cpu” cable in the motherboard socket and without text in power supply socket? Like because that sockets perfectly fit in their places

    3:08 i just realized my MOBO doesn't have a type c port. Do i just leave this unplugged or get a PCI-E to 2 USB 3.0 Hub

    • @JJFlores197
      @JJFlores197 Рік тому

      Its up to you. If you need the type c port, get a PCI-E card that has a USB-C header. If you don't need it, then you don't plug it in.

    Great video! Really well visualized. Your awsome 👍
    But I have a question about CPU power connectors. My motherboard have 8pin + 4pin CPU power connector. The user manual says I can connect only the 8pin or 8pin + 4pin connector. In what instances you only want to plug in the 8pin and not both of the CPU power connectors. Is this something you need to take into account what CPU you are using or what ? My motherboard is ASUS Strix B650E-F.
    Cheers and thanks!

      If your power supply comes with an 8 pin and a 4 pin then connect both.

    Great video. If I have a new mobo Im installing into an existing rig…same PSU…and I marked my cables from the old Mobo…I can just plug the cables into the appropriately marked places on the new mobo?

      In theory yes

      They aren't always marked the same, you should consult the manual first and make sure to confirm which headers are corresponding to your original mobo, especially if it's by a different company, but either way.
