Weird coincidence: Jake lapped me in the same corner all three times. This was a SUBSTANTIALLY cleaner race than the last one. I think Nate cleaned house after that Le Man race, lol.
That was me in the 2nd Ferrari.Drove like a slidy metronome in 1st half of race, staying ahead of Jake and Ivy, and then had a "moment" where I was adjusting something on my hud and adjusted myself into the dunes. I think everyone was really well behaved in being lapped- stuck to their line and let you go for it if you felt it was on. But that was as tough as the 3 hour Le Mans race we did earlier as there was no let up on this track. I think the guy in the Lotus was the star of the meet, incredible pace from the wee thing.
I'm still just kinda impressed how sandy that circuit up in New York really was. If it weren't so mountainous it'd look like it belonged in Florida. Beautiful though lol
awesome race, very tight and great tension for first places, really fair players, the combo cars x track was just on point imo, even just looking at it was really beautiful and enjoyable; in my opinion this should be the essence of AC at the moment. I hope to see more of this and maybe enter some comeptitions in the future.
I grew near the bridge. Been there many times. Actually stood at that downhil. It's the little Peconic bay body of water that you see as the racetrack was on the north side of the south fork of Long Island. Pedro Rodriguez was driving a Ferrari when my Pop took me there as a kid. AC cobras were there too
My first track day was at Bridgehampton, I was hooked and living so close did many with all the different car clubs. I eventually bought a 280Z and raced in the SCCA there. What a shame the town did everything possible to make it impossible to continue as a viable track. I blame the NYC people who bought property’s next to the track, then complained. It was a wonderful layout, one of the best I have ever driven.

Hi Jake, if I'm not mistaken, this is one of my skins from the Sebring 12 hours of 1966. It was the Mark II number 3 of Mark Donohue and Walt Hansgen.

I love this circuit. I have spent hours lapping it in the Lola T70 and the 917K in Assetto Corsa and it's so hard to keep control but so much fun.
Great watching. Really enjoy the classic racing stuff!
Great race, Jake. Really enjoy these classic races. The 47 is a Lotus Elite
Isn’t it a Europa? I thought at least

Great Race !!
this track is tricky but rewarding. Awesome racing.
That left rear in the end didn't want to blow up 😂 no matter how hard you tried on the cooling lap 🤪 great race and podium, congrats! 👍🎸🍻🍾
Great video man love these cars and RF2. The old school steering wheel and goodyear cap with some classy driving ;)
Great content as ever 💪
This is my favourite AC map! Nice video!
Love it! Favorite car of all time the MKII!
Was that Ben Rushworth in the lobby the one that used to do the 750MC races in real life and upload them to UA-cam? I miss his videos.
This was a fun one
Shame to miss the live stream, but nice race. What's happening with the Axelson 67 F1 season? Was that ever completed?
Hey Jake, you ever consider going the Jimmer/SuperGT route and doing some real racing? I bet you'd have success at it like they have.
How do you find there races on ac?
why is it a 3 gb down load?
That was a terrible rejoin by Daniel, yikes!
