You can see how she's singing outwards, so it comes out as more of a yell than a belt, so it's losing that power and getting more strained. A thing I like to do when practicing belts is pretending like I'm drawing back a bow and arrow, so it engages my core and comes out more powerful. Another thing that can help is to think about it as sucking air in, rather than pushing your voice out, so it's less forced.You can also hold up your fingers in front of your mouth and try to feel as little breath as possible to get that power you need for a belt. Also, never forget to do your vocal warmups!!
