Nervelocks is a new terminology Jim Bostock created in 2006 for pains and dysfunctions in the body that doesn't make sense, and lasts a long time.
In this video Jim explains what they are, how are they are created and most importantly how he developed a unique needle treatment to eliminate them from your body, resulting in your pains diminishing and muscle function returning to 100%.
Examples of what NerveLocks can do:
1. Athletes of all levels, always feeling a pain that doesn't go away after an injury or surgery. This pain puts a lot of doubt in their minds because if they push their muscles too hard, the pain worsens. All treatments, tests and exercises are not helping it improve.
2. Mum who get SIJ pains chronically after having babies. Again all treatments, scans, tests and exercises are not helping.
3. A pain that doesn't go away after any time of motor vehicle accidents.
4. A pain that occurred during heavy lifting in the gym and since then, it has been with you hampering your training.

I had a minor pulled muscle in my chest 6 months ago, I think I failed to give it enough rest from lifting to let it recover for a long time. Due to this, I think I got into this anxiety cycle of worrying about pain and always coming back after lifting, after seeing this video, it actually does describes my symptoms, about this constant dull ache always lingering in the background. I really would like to know someone here in the Netherlands that has this knowledge about nerves and muscles, as this could be my solution!
My son-in-law is a physical therapist. He does dry needling. It has helped me some.
My son has a nerve lock I believe. His arm is locked in a position that will not go back to its normal state. He also has this happen in his leg , neck and stomach at times , but it does not stay for a long period of time. When he takes medications it will make it do it as well. All his test keep coming back as he is a healthy young man. We found you video and I hope you can help us understand it more. Thank you

I did a search in Chicago and i found a couple of places, made an appointment for dry needling and after the method i don’t even feel that tiny tension i had every hr. On my 2nd day I hope this last for the rest of my days.

Why don't you read about Dr. Sarno and tension myositis syndrome. TMS for short. You'd find tons of material on UA-cam for that and if you have chronic pain most likely you can get rid of it in few days. I had carpel Tunnel, upper back and neck tension and chronic pain for 8 years that got fixed within days. There is also book healing back pain by dr. Sarno.

It's feel like you're talking about me. I have been suffering from back pain Docs can't diagnose me cos all the tests and the MRI's are clear but I am in pain destroyed my life can't enjoy my life anymore. Have been spending some money on physio, chiropractic, acupuncture you name it but still pain isn't going away. Everyone saying it's in my brain and I am fine

Hey I loved the video sounds like something I’m struggling with for the past year. After working long hours as a Uber driver I felt a sharp pain on my left side. The pain trickled down to my glutes and hamstring. After many many training sessions the glutes and hamstring only worsened and tightened. I’m from the UK is there anyone from this side of the world you could recommend?

I wish you were in India I'm experiencing this unbearable pain in left glutes from 5 months now
I can't walk or sit I'm bed ridden since then
This pain started since I started working out home during the lockdown and I was doing bodyweight squats everyday and over stretched my hamstrings

My pain slowly crept up on me a couple months ago started around in my neck and now I can barely walk. I am 49 years old. They’ve tested me for everything and everything has come back negative. We are now moving on to Neurologist which it looks like a couple months out before I can be seen, what can I do? I own my own landscape company I can barely work my muscles feel totally depleted. Can you talk about Costochondritis. I got costochondritis 10 months ago from severe dry caughing for 5 weeks I assume I developed from COVID-19 virus.

So acupuncture, which has been around 4000 years does not work as well as this? And only Jim can do this technique. The other 8 billion people on the planet cannot?! Hmmm.
Dry needling is not the same as acupuncture. It’s not on the surface but rather uses needles several inches long of varying lengths and thicknesses, inserted deep into the muscle. When done properly it releases a muscle and lessens pain. You must be trained and certified in it. I’ve had post spine surgery pain for several years and the only relief I felt was when my PT used dry needling. I could actually stand up straight after years of being bent over.
