Kenya real estate is usually in competition with itself. No new ideas. A house in kitengelea is the same in Kiambu.
But go to SA, Nigeria and Seychelles. I was shocked, the projects are so beautiful, and intentional. Its building commercial with a personal feel.

Very nice presentation. I do think however it would have been nice to to have exposed the balcony views. The balcony spaces were not even mentioned. Outside kitchen area was amazing. The backyard space appeared to have too much of a slope to be utilized for recreation. Bedrooms were beautiful. The rest of the home space seemed to lack good planning. A house that massive in a cold climate will be difficult to heat. I loved the pocket doors. I would not buy this home for the price which appears to be next to a community club house. That takes a lot away from your privacy. There is no garage and storage area for bikes to be safety tucked away.

@@realtyboris A third of that amount. 75m is a bit on the higher side. Homes in Texas, USA are not even half the price. You can do your research.
@@MultiSpokes Kenyan houses are built with quarry stones and concrete all way unlike the material used to build most houses in Texas. The price of land in Limuru is also probably higher. Just because Texas is in the USA, does not mean that all houses and land in Kenya should be cheaper. Quality!! You should watch a certain video of a US citizen who has done development both in Kenya and USA, and here his review out of practice!
@@kandisphere8828 My point is that 75 million is too overpriced for the unit. My referencing Texas was just to put things in perspective. How can a maisonette cost 75 million in Limuru? It's obscene. If it was a standalone somewhere in Loresho, Runda, Kilimani, or Lavington, it would've made sense. But Limuru, not at all. The price is hyperinflated.
