I don’t think it’s something to do with puberty bc I have had it since i was around 6 or 7. I have had it for about 8 years now and I’ve now come back to this video for some advice. I regularly drink water, changing my pillow case won’t work bc it’s not on my face, using pills and cream from the GP won’t work and using specially bought cream won’t work bc it’ll all be used up in one day so.... send help.

Had pimples since i was 10. I'm 26, got rid of them last year from one week to the other by: NOT putting anything on my face and let it rebalance itself, avoiding dairy and wheat. Turns out I was sensitive to them all my life, and my constantly bloated belly was their fault too!
Drinking a lot of water is very important too for your skin.
Every model claim she's carrying a bottle of water with her. (Weird sentence, is this right??) This is not my first language sry. 😊
