    I almost feel personally slighted when my mates discard their crispy skin!!! its one of the best parts about salmon imo.

    That is a lot of oil and the salmon is high in good fat, so if you are wanting to decrease your fat intake take note.

    This recipe was so dumb . was this for ASMR purposes ? only salt & pepper with a crunchy skin ... Nothing new

    FAIL I did exactly what u said. Used the same size salmon, same pan. Same type and amount of oil. Same time. And the f***ing skin stuck to the skillet
