Today with you I let go of my fears. For this meditation I let go of my anxious state and my short breath and I step into the new. In my new beginning I am moving forward with a thoughtful more gentle approach to my mental health. Mindfully checking my internel dialogue and bringing myself back to a more loving state.
I am crying, letting go, feeling relief, forgiving myself and affirming that my journey is long, yet, rewarding.

I'm doing a tremendous work on myself over the years and has strengthened since 2021. This year has been very very intense.
So grateful to see that the young generation is so wise like never before. More and more people are awake, conscious and aware.
Social media has been too much about ''distractions'' but more and more are awakening.
But in the same time so so many are so lost. And the tragic part is that they don't seek...for themselves.
You should receive an Award for Greatness. Because you're an Ambassador for ''you name it''.
Hopefully you'll sing one day from the top of a great mountain so the entire world can hear you.

The last 4-5 years of my life somehow I lost track of who I was. I guess I thought that in order to be what I desired I had to stop being myself to become someone else.
I am now accepting my truth, that I can be myself and be abundant, wealthy, healthy and full of love and spirituality. I can have it all, I can achieve it all, and I am at peace with who I am and my beliefs.
