We are all humans living on this beautiful blue planet in cold space. Learn to love - wonderful music - and each other. Politics, politicians and un-thinking followers cause wars. Enjoy the music and feel the soul within it.

The problem is that if people just drift happily along, the world goes to shit, and the beauty of nature is destroyed.

I most certainly will :) When I went on excursion to Moscow and Petersburg last year we left a week or 2 before the White nights started -_- Very, very frustrating. It was frustrating to have to leave altogether. I will return to Russia. Nothing can keep me away from going home. Mother Russia always calls for her sons to return. Funny that I'm Dutch, without any Russian blood in my family. But I have stopt feeling Dutch years ago.

      In a pine forest
      The sun rises.
      On the home porch
A mother is waiting for her son.
Considering that it is a song composed during WWII and while the composers were under artillery fire, that stanza just hits the feels!

But do you not understand comrade, the dislike bar is the color of Red... Red is the color of the Russian blood that was spilt in her defence, Red is the color of the Russian soul, with so much sorrow and understanding of life, Red is the color of the Soviet Union, where only dedication to the Motherland can ensure food on the plate and survival that your children may live in peace...

@cggarciasol The word used in the German Democratic Republic was not 'kamerad', a word intoxicated in the Nazi times, but rather 'Genosse'. The Russian 'товарищ' (tovarishch), the Romanian 'tovarăş', the Hungarian 'elvtárs', the Spanish 'compañero' (used in Cuba) etc etc etc are all synonyms of the word 'comrade' in English - that's why we use it ;)

The Russians are naturally badass. I mean, having to live in a winter cold as fuck, then a muddy ass Spring and Fall. Having centuries of wars where soldiers died without care. Brute manpower used for centuries instead of safer ways. No one else is badass.

@mrtoontown This song is about WW2. Roads, roads, dust, fog, cold, worries and wild grass. You do not know your destiny, may be tomorrow is death, Roads, roads, everywhere is dust, flames and bullets. Gun short and my friend is on the ground , dead. Roads are long in foreign lands. Sun is rising every day and mother on the porch is waiting for her son. Snow or wind soldiers will always remember those roads.

You can believe me -most of the people in Poland (and all central-eastern European countries) are missing for Soviet Union, me too. In today times, people aren't going out, at night, from their homes, because they are scared, today , everywhere in the world, are drugs (narkotics) -in times of the Soviet Union, people hadn't narkotics (people in central -eastern Europe). Every night, on the streets were Milicya's (police) patrols, and people didn't scared to go out home, evening or night.

agreeable, i do not know so much about the catholic church, nor do i claim to. the church that rectified so much social structure in the world has also been the cause of misery spanning continents. the church is a bewildering thing, it has changed in so many ways, in a way revolutionized belief, gave order, and has even provided basic aid to millions in need. a wonderfull and horrible thing religion is.
