今回は、私の友人が所有する築35年1R6畳アパートのセルフリノベーションシリーズ第三弾の総集編です🛠
今回は、第一弾、第二弾とはまた違ったデザインにしてみました⭐️

I would like to see the entire apartment with a bed, cupboard for clothes, & a toilet/basin/shower.
I love the transformation, it is now a calm & peaceful room, yet functional with beautiful finishes. Well done. 💖

The space felt old, dark and uninviting before, but you've created a bright modern feeling, pretty space. Well done. I'm sure any student would enjoy living there.
will agree with how wonderfully bright and inviting she’s made this apartment (painting the back of the apt door really helps too) it’s too bad we couldn’t see how the apt could really be lived in with the tenant’s own furniture - not a fan of “staged apts” they look like store displays - also if her intentions for that shelf were for it to be a desk then she should have at least doubled the depth of the shelf or make a drop leaf front - as is the shelf isn’t even deep enough for her book little own a laptop or other things you would use a desk for - while I have lived in small (not micro like this) studio apts since 1979 (my present one since 1998) have never had a sink of any kind immediately inside the apt - can’t begin to imagine how it will function as a bathroom sink as well as kitchen sink - toothbrush in an oversized coffee mug anybody - here again seeing how a tenant would set things up would have be great - YT recommends the most interesting videos at the strangest time - am in Canada and had been watching today’s news - your video a great reminder that life isn’t all bleak and can be incredibly creative - thnx for sharing 🇨🇦🙏
Not only a beautiful space, but well thought out storage. I love the calm colors and the added functionality that you brought to the space.
This is really well thought out and useful. Perfect for a minimalist or a person who needs a business/work crash pad during the week. A student, a single person who just graduated and got their first real job etc. so many people would find that a desirable space and i bet it rented out or sold very quickly. Congrats on that one.
Turned out really nice! 😍 Only things I would have done differently is that, if your imagined tenant is a student, you're going to need both a deeper desk and a power outlet right next to it or inside the cubby space the desk in. Also, ALL curtains should be blackout curtains for a student, trust me on that. 😅 I'm not sure about the placement of the door hooks either.
Two on either side of the peephole makes more sense to me. Otherwise, well done! 😀👍
I feel you, but the hook over the peephole gives more sense of privacy and more insulation and more space to hang stuff.
Yes, but you will knock your head into that center hook as you look through the peep hole.

I love it that you take the initiative to learn what you don't know, nothing stops you or gets in the way from achieving it on your own! Everything looks amazing! Very ... How to say? Calm yet energetic, cohesive, airy and classy! Painting the door made a huge difference, window is brilliant and the desk head space is just right, not crowded! ❤😂

Gorgeous transition and appreciate the music versus talking. One suggestion as it needs many multi use is perhaps a drop leaf table where the chair is so when it’s down they can store something behind small folding chairs to use when table is up for dining with friends? Love the space

So interesting en wonderful to see! Thank you. Your gracious and careful way of doing things is very different from what I'm used to. Here in the Netherlands we make more noise and we are less gracious. It is inspiring, trying to find more peace and calm. It looks wonderful, the room, I did wonder a bit if the desk area is not too small? Was there a reason the workspace did tot extend further into the room?

Perfectly designed for a small studio and executed with precision. I would like to see the toilet/shower room and the bed & clothes storage areas. The video was well put together and flowed smoothly so that my attention was drawn to the end. The only things I would criticize are the depth of the desk space which is much too small and the spacing of the door hooks which are too close together and wouldn't fit a couple of bulky coats or bags, (assuming that is what they might be used for). The colours are perfect and soothing for a student or person wanting to feel calm and focused.
Congratulations!! Really super how you changed the apartment... the only thing I don't like are the hangings with the big eyelets... they look very coarse and inconsistent in proportion... but the windows have become beautiful

初めて拝見しましたが、すごいですね。DIYってなかなか体力も必要だとおもうんですが、淡々と丁寧に造られていることに驚きました。
賃貸住宅って人を選びにくいから難しいというところあると思うんですが、ピカピカの既製品新製品で埋め尽くされた部屋より、こちらのお部屋の方が私には魅力的に見えます。リラックスして深呼吸できそうだなって感じます。
来年の楽しみが増えました😊
