Great recipe! I tried it and it’s now my go to method to cook “fry alou”. Using less oil as you do is probably the best tip. It’s your mother’s recipe isn’t it? Most mothers have the world of experience when it comes to cooking these types of dishes. I decided to look on until the end and I wasn’t disappointed! I am sharing a small tip which is “add a couple tablespoon of whole wheat to your roti mix and it will enhance the taste of the dough/roti . It’s was a pleasure visiting your kitchen today 🩵
