British Railways 2023-Wakefield Westgate & Doncaster

It's September 2023 and i'm in Yorkshire. On this upload we see ex British Rail Class 91+MkIV sets & Class 150 Sprinter DMU's along with newer class 66, 185, 220 & 801 DMU+EMU's at Wakefield Westgate and Doncaster. What is all that mess in the middle of the running lines at Westgate? The railway is place of neglect and lack of maintenance now. Great film again.

Back in the "bad old days of British Rail", the permanent way was kept reasonable clean and tidy..... now, under 'privatisation', we have the mess you see here, replicated everywhere! The railway today resembles Kew Gardens rather than a modern, supposedly first world country's railway.....
