Bro, this is kind of like bad advice😂. Realistically it does not take much money at all to register a business or operate legitimately. The fact that you do these things that take maybe a few hours if that and barely any money does not determine whether or not the company is going to work 😅
Think deeper my man,not just surface level. Making money isn't gonna work the first few times generally. You will try many ideas before finding the good one. So you do not wanna go around wasting time on every single idea before you know it can make some money or has some actual value. Also, registering businesses can be a very complicated process depending on the situation and region. Personally,this advice helped me since I was spending way too much time trying to register my agency before even starting outreach. Cheers.

Yes, I agree people have the wrong idea when they sit there and wanna register a business to LOOK like they have a business but who cares about those people. In my experience for business that I have had for 8 years now, my biggest mistake was not properly managing money and having an accountant to my taxes on times and property minimize tax liability, etc. If I were to start over I would have had that better organized from the beginning. Yes when you are starting “side hustles” and messing around with little ideas and what not, sure don’t worry about legal. When I started, I was all in 100%. It was an “idea” or “side hustle”. I HAD to pull it off. I wanted a business account so I needed a registered business. Literally my first client that was going to pay me a few thousand dollars for a project told me I had to have a registered business so that he could write it off as a business expense for him. Back to my original point, this isn’t about not “thinking deeper” but from real life experience. But I’m also not a person messing around with ideas or side hustles, I started knowing I had no choice but to pull it off and I did.
