This song is named after "The Butcher of Bosnia". Ratko Mladic was a Bosnian Serb general of the VRS who spearheaded horrifying genocide during the Yugoslav wars. This includes the mass execution of 8300 civilians in the Srebrenica massacre.

I saw them at The Cannery Ballroom in Nashville, TN. They started their set with about 15 minutes of droning noises (some of the noises were pre-recorded and started before anyone was even on the stage), which eventually went into Mladic.
They also played Moya, their newest song (which has been labeled "Behemoth" on the interwebs), another seemingly endless array of droning noises (which I thought was amazing), and ended the set with Gathering Storm. The show was absolutely incredible and LOUD!

wtf is this bs, I'm neither American NOR from a NATO country, In fact, I'm ethnically Albanian living in central europe.
Also, of course, Americans will be Americans, acting imperialist everywhere they can.
But, I'll tell ya something: I'm a communist anarchist.
BUT: I'll take being colonised by the US 100x times over being genocidally raped and murdered by the Serbian Army.
Call me an imperialist, but I prefer my family non-raped.

Yesterday, Mladic was finally convicted of organizing the Bosnian Muslim genocide, a sincere apology to our friends in Bosnia for supporting the Serbs during this period. This does not mean that the bombing of Serb civilians is not a crime against humanity and should have been condemned as well. peace in the whole world. dimi from Athens.

It's exciting. It's an adventure to pick something up based purely off the art, not knowing quite what you're gonna hear when you spin it. To have that adventure with a band like Godspeed... I did, with F# A# Infinity, and will never regret the moment I found noise so beautiful that I'd never even tried to imagine it.

I don't know if you guys knows about GRAILS, they are a great similar band; I suggest you to hear their song "soft temple" or "I led three lives" or anything else, you may love them if you like this song :)
