Blaidan the Goat himself, i remember a few years ago when u set those insane zombie's run's record. Like origins, mob of the dead etc. Why u left zombies? U had alot of views on youtube.
It's called shield warping. My understanding is that only x amount of shield boxes can be loaded at a time. So when the one I'm standing on despawns, it teleports me to the one being loaded in to replace it. Not exactly sure why you are able to just stick to shield boxes loading in though, must be a weird trait of how collision is handled in this game. I should also mention you need to be holding grapple the entire time. Initially, you didn't need to grapple but the devs wanted to still have the glitch accessible to speedrunners when patching it out. (based devs)
