I've watched tons of "influencers" and "motivational coaches" and the one thing they all seem to have in common is they all talk too much and NEVER LET ANYONE ELSE SPEAK! Except for you Angie! It was so refreshing to see your chat with Jude! I love how you listened intently and allowed her to finish her statements without interrupting! This is so true. I have noticed that Angie is very conscientious and compassionate about chronic illness in a way that most people in the space are not. The interview with Jude was simply great for all of the reasons that you mentioned. Her caring shines through.

Adding plants in a room can really take it to another level. 🌿🪴💐 A few plants would definitely liven up your office, especially since we’re in the warmer months with more sunshine 🌞.
Plants make such a big impact in my mental and physical health. I feel a lot more relaxed and just overall better about myself when I see plants in a room. It brings me back to what’s really important instead of focusing on social media.

I realize how lucky I am: where I live in Norway the water in the tap is super clean it doesn't even have to be filtered❤️😁a small bit important detail that compensate a bit for our cold, violent climate with long winters and short summers!

I use to be someone that stayed in front of the tv and never worked out.have been to the pt for my knee getting a bruise on my acl and same on my shoulder from a wreck.Found out I had a previous injury from a ft training me too hard.been to the pt twice since then twice once for my ankle same thing bruised acl.had my last pt last year.I had been going to planet fitness on and off but started going to a ladies only gym.love it.doing weight classes and boot camp style classes.they used to do 30 minutes but now do 45 minutes.sometimes at home I work out.watching out how I eat .can’t have caffeine.acid reflux and low sodium.starting to eat better wanna do meal prep too.am bipolar but pray more.I am 5ft3 inches with a pear shape 42 years old.lost weight and over 21 and a half inches all over I since January.43 years old and didn’t start working out til I was in my mid thirties on and off.thank you for being a such a inspiration cause now I want to get into fitness and nutrition now.I love it.just thought I could tell you part of my story and send some love.

Jude is truly an inspiration! I am a former PEDS TBI survivor. I am approaching my 35th bday and am 150 lbs overweight. I suffer severe depression, anxiety, and PCOS. Her story certainly inspired me to seriously make a commitment to move my body.

I ran into your show by accident today and like the woman Jude I began feeling sorry for myself I have congested heart failure and didn't want to do anything I saw your show today and it inspired me so I got up and I started exercising when I first turned on your show he was showing your Disney house and I thought okay this isn't for me and then the next show came on which was your show with you and I thought oh my goodness I have got to subscribe and I started working out as I was watching your show because that's how much your show inspired me thank you for wanting me to want better for myself and now I want to start living again so I'm about to start exercising everyday and again I just want to say thank you for your inspiration

I recently cleaned out my home for spring: anything unhealthy from my cupboards, freezer and home. I realized that I still had some "traps" that where getting in the way of my progress ❤️😁⭐ the main thing was alcohol. I don't keep any in the house anymore. It's going to make a huge difference for me! 💕😁⭐
Okay I have a question! Lol. Your fridge is so clean and organized and I want mine to be like that. I also always order hello fresh and it takes over my fridge as we always have 6 bags. Where do you keep your hello fresh in the fridge while also keeping it looking so pretty??
