I heard a telepathic voice in my head in 2018 while meditating. The telepathic voice said, "Pray, meditate, eat good food, drink good water, wake up early, work your body, wash your clothes by hand. Stay humble, calm and focused. Stay kind. Write, speak, sing with your heart. You will do great things for your people, make it right." Pretty wild if you ask me!
