Strategy for this boss fight
IZANAGI NO OKAMI PICAROOOOOO
i was already on easy but the giant green pussy fucks flee after you do 6 damage. This fight is the most fucking bullshit I've ever encountered.
So do the green robots keep coming if you let them flee instead of beating them? I've been on this fight for hours and i've tried looking for guides to beat this god forsaken fight and no luck
What levels do u recommend
Like what level do u think the team should be at

I feel like whenever the cutscenes play, the timer should stop.
Unfortunately anime video game time logic won't work here like DBZ or Jojo!
The fact that both him and Cognitive Haru repeat the same frases so much indicates that its probably on purpose, they are literally adding filler to stress you out.
@@Fran_5 Yeah, he's using the lines to run the clock down. Mammon doesn't want to win through force, he's more than happy to just waste your time.
Can't you just button mash through them?
This sucks a lot because it makes you want to mash to skip it, which unfortunately means missing Futaba's line about killing all the robots in the same turn, which as it turns out, will make you waste hours of your time thinking the boss is actually long without understanding why it keeps going on and on and on
... That happened to me. Fuck this boss.
I think akechi killed okumara because he has to suffer through the puzzle
I would to if I had to go through that.
I'd probably do so too just to laugh at the implications of it.
I would too.
Relatable
I had to cheat to get to Okumuru, same with that Egyptian pyramid plus the bank. So yeah, I would kill shadow Okumuru to
Vanilla Okumura: I'm a bad fight because I'm boring
Royal Okumura: I'm literally hitler now.
More like Stalin since he just keeps sending wave after wave of inexhaustible manpower at you
Felt, I hate how vanilla okumura was boring. A terrible boss fight after Wakaba, I'm surprised Wakaba isn't disliked throughout the fandom. All you do is hit at a flying sphynx until you hit it with a ballista twice or somehow defeat it.
@@a_lois at least wakaba was differnent from the standard defeating the palace ruler
@@a_lois The palace and the music make up for the alright boss battle IMO. Also Wakaba’s scream or yell was annoying however again the palace itself was just so good it makes up for it.

These comments in a nutshell:
I don’t feel sorry for Okumura any more
@Ramon Matias And this is why I've been saying akechi best boy

I will always fell sorry for Haru Father. i feel very sorry for her on the first time.
Persona 3 protagonist!!!!
It kinda sucks that they still didn’t let Haru have the opening speech for this fight but oh well.
The floof deserved better really.
All the others got that except her and it kinda damages her as a character really.
I takes away from her already limited screen time
@@swishbomb3889 Heehee haru screentime funni
What's worse is she still doesn't even get that much screen time during the final palace
Makoto is literally wet cardboard and they give her TWO dungeons
I think this boss fight was made by an Atlus employee that was really pissed off one day and was wondering how he could make Okumura's boss worse.
I'm gonna find that bastard and kill him for seriously making me lose my mind
Joseph Falco Jr No Miyazaki decided to thank them for publishing Demon Souls in the USA by making an actual challenging fight to overcome for all of the P5 players who came from smash.
I really didn't see how this boss fight was hard. Annoying? Yes. Hard? No.
“Oh boy I sure hope they fixed the Okumara palace”
Well, the palace was fixed, just not the boss fight...
I like how 2 years later after the first game, they were like
"maybe this fight is ok. How do we tweak it?"
"When we make the other bosses longer, lets make this one HARDER than last time! I bet they loved that duplication enemy thing. That was dope right?"
That one guy who play tested but remembers he's under contract: Did....did we play the same exact part of the game or are you bsing me-I mean, yeah! They'll love it!"
I really like how they kept the fight with the theme of “ceo hides behind his workforce”. But the targeting and his constant chatter and callouts makes the fight less boring compared to the original.
Also its excuse for the timer :3
Its definitely an improvement. But it's still relatively boring for about 70% of the fight
I hate that they run away every two seconds though,it’s really annoying.
Instead of being boring it's now frustratingly hard, and nearly impossible on higher difficulties due to the fact that the robots WON'T FUCKING DIE!
That's right, Haru. One must strike the enemy while the iron is hot!
This battle was absolutely the worst fight in the entire game. They somehow managed to over correct from stupidly easy and anticlimactic, to infuriatingly bullshit. I've tried 4 times, and those goddamned green robots will never, never, never die. This is the first time I've ever rage-quit a Persona fight. Taking up 25 minutes of a fight before I finally have to quit and go grind a persona to have better Psi moves, because I'm physically incapable of beating a boss that has no business being as difficult as it is, is not fun.

@@pixelperson182 i know, thats why i edited my comment to correct myself
Ryuji isn't obnoxious, he's energetic >:0
"The oddball with the fox mask!"
Well looks like they made this fight a lot more annoying than the original. In the original fight the trash mobs were pushovers. Only thing you had to worry about was ensuring your health was high enough so the big robot didn't one shot you with the power of anime Mcdonalds. Also it seems robo Haru has taken the Chiaotzu approach to self-sacrifice, couldn't even do enough damage to finish off the MC.
Bro “anime Mcdonalds” 😂😂😂
Lol anime Macdonalds🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
First off, I think it's more accurate to say anime Burger King (lol).
Second, the fight is also harder because the boss consistently spams buffs on one mob, debuffs on your entire team, and commands one enemy almost every 2 turns to kamikaze your team. Plus, the mobs 'reset' themselves if you don't defeat them in 2 turns or less (though the exception is the one that blows up in that time, so technically it's kill at least 3 minimum). The only exception to that annoyance is the single giant robot and Robo-Haru (kinda).
All of which wouldn't really be TOO bad if it's not for the fact that you have to do this all within a certain time, which means that if you aren't entirely prepared, you're already screwed from the get-go
@@ShadowPersona360 , I stuck with green giant robots for about 3 hours, cause I didn't have enough damage to kill buffed robots. Felt really annoying. Then I just nullified all enemy buffs and team debuffs, raised attack, stop trying baton passes and went to straight dealing damage through weakness exploits. Vault guardian ability, taken from Kaneshiro will seeds helped a lot. Oh my fucking god, the pleasure and relief I felt when Akechi finished this man was huge.
@@voodoowoodpecker4320 when he shot him, I felt giddy
I hope the baddies in royal are as convincingly horrible as kamoshida was. I like that the fights have more meaning.
Most likely there worse
Technically they already are. I mean Kaneshiro literally forced female high schoolers to be prostitutes and blackmails them, Madarame stole the livelihood of many people and children, and technically murdered someone, etc. Its just that we don't feel they're so bad because we didn't have much of a connection to their victims as much as we did to Kamoshida's.
hey that’s what I meant to say, There wasn’t that emotional connection or hatred as much as there was for kamoshida
There's only one new palace in royal but otherwise the villains stay the same
After playing through Royal, I am really happy about what they did with the new Palace. Sure, it may not be a "bad" guy, but it's the most fitting antagonist for Persona 5.
After I beat this boss on my second try, I don't care if we purified him, Akechi is a hero for killing him.
He killed Futabas mom, which makes me mad, but killed Okumura, which makes me happy. He's now firmly on neutral ground

Why does that happen actually? I've never been able to play Royal at all yet.
For some reason, the damage when you do a super effective/critical/technical damage is boosted 3x of it's base damage. While that's good for you, the enemies technically get that 3x damage buff too.
@@inkycappy7499 Yeah, so it's basically a double-edged sword

I looked on the wiki page, and it actually said in the "Strategy" section that lowering difficulty level for this fight might be one of the only things you can do if you aren't prepared
@@ShadowPersona360 I did that after looking for tips to beat it and that was the main one
God I know this boss is very hard and annoying and the worst part I almost ran out of time by the time got okumra I had almost 4:00 min left this is more hard than in the original
I'll copy and paste a comment I made on a strat that might help in beating the boss, if you haven't beaten it already.
The best way to beat this boss is to use items that do the affect the right affinity weakness for each wave of robots, whenever you use a teammate that doesn't have the correct affinity. This is so you can take full advantage of baton passes.
For example, I used a team of Ryuji, Morgana, Joker, and Haru.
For the example, I'll focus on the 5th wave of giant green robots.
Whenever it's Ryuji or Morgan's turn, throw an item that deals psy damage to one enemy and baton pass to the next teammate (Ryuji or Morgana) that don't naturally have the psy affinity.
Then baton pass to either Haru or Joker, depending on who has the second strongest AOE attack of psy (or curse if you have that for Joker as that is also a weakness for the giant green bots).
Make sure the third baton player AOEs for the weakness and pass it to the last player to also AOE again for Max damage.
Basically, take as much advantage of the baton passes as you can for this fight. I hope it helps.
Someone who still has pixie at this point in the game is a legend at the game
I brought Shiki-Ouji into every dungeon past Madarame. Four Nulls is just utterly stupid, and I got lucky to fuse him with a ton of different spread moves during an alarm. If I didn't want Joker to take damage for any reason I just swapped to Shiki-Ouji.
@No Yoshitsune is an endgame Persona you dip.
@No Considering his base level is 79, I highly doubt that.
@No Not how the game works dumbass. Unless you seriously grinded like a madman in Mementos for levels or cash, AND had a serious discount by somehow completing the Strength confidant when three of the ingredients for Seth are IN Futaba's Palace, there is zero way you were able to afford fusing Yoshitsune at around level 30-40.
Edit: Not to mention one of Yoshitsune's component pieces is the ultimate Magician Persona, which is physically impossible to obtain until after the seventh Palace.
@No Yoshitsune requires maxing out Magician to fuse Futsunushi.
5:40 is where Ann gets bullied very hard
Best part about that was her reaction, she sounds so flabbergasted everytime they hit her lol.

fourth is 雷門(雷 means thunder), and fifth is 念上(念 means mind).
So whoever knew that language and has a eye for detail basically could've ez'ed this?

The weaknesses are also the same as in the rest of the dungeon. You’re expected to have figured them all out during the earlier sneaking section with the keycards.
Persona 5 Royal: The overall game got better, this part of got worse.
I know right?! The entire Okumura section of P5 was worst part of the game, and somehow in Royal they not only didn't fix the problems present but added new ones aswell. Like how do you even manage to improve everything but make the worst part of the original worse?
@@RichterTheRat they have to justify his death even more
BlowBlow's Jiizare Headventure in fairness his palace his piss easy now

How the only different thing is the haru part
Okumura is a reverse Karen. When someone ask for manager, he instead call all of his employees to deal with them.
A honest strategy for this fight: when you get to the part with green robots, use concentrate on joker, have ryuji buff his attack, and have morgana and haru on the on the field. When the green robots appear again, use miracle punch with morgana, hoping it succeeds, baton pass to haru, use psio on one robot and baton pass to joker and do your most powerful multi-attacking psio move. That should wear them down pretty good for following attacks. I did this at lv 44 on hard mode. Hope this helps you guys!
Being my usual self (aka an idiot) I forgot to bring a Persona with the psy attack for all enemies, instead I only brought the single target version. An hour of rage later, I finally beat this BS
Gun damage also works
Yeah. Lost me when you said use miracle punch. Because 90% of the time it doesn't work

Four things I find this bullshit:
1-They come back in 2 turns with their health restore.
2-They go after one person and it so annoyed to keep on reviving them.
3-One of them blows up and almost takes all of your health.
4-Theres a time limit on this battle, and you got to finish this quickly.
... I'm actually surprised Okumura sees Haru as another human being, as opposed to another one of his robot workers

Given the antenna on her head, she's probably still a robot, just a more humanlike one.
This fight is a pain in the ass on the higher difficulties. As you see, if you don’t kill the groups fast enough, they will run away and respawn. And because the groups get beefier the further you go....you can imagine how this goes.
Actually you have to kill them in exactly 2 turns, you can technically kill any unbuffed robot within that limit but defintely not when one has Rakukaja on and/or key party members are hungry. Plus I seriously doubt anyone still have Dekaja with them by this point. (Or buy baptismal water, if not.)
Fun fact: this fight is hell on hard but actually easier on merciless, because merciless buffs weakness and technical attacks
Ironically I heard increasing the difficulty makes it easier.
Merciless was the reason why I finally beat this boss
I love these new cognitive enemies. Makes the fight more personal.
i’m playing on easy and this fight still has me on the verge of tears
After everything I had to do to beat this fight, I can say for certain that Black Mask did nothing wrong.
If Akechi and Kasumi were playable at this point Okumura would probably say:
"That clown prince with the beak!"
"This poor excuse for a wannabe gymnast!"
My reactions off how he would had said those
-Lots of nerves for calling someone he knows like that....and i can imagine that clown prince...really returning the words to him..with interests
-......he dared to call her that. as if his previous words to Haru and Ann weren't hard enough he would had dared to say taht?!
For the black mask Akechi...
"The laughing fool with the black mask!!"
Fun fact: if you hack Kasumi and Akechi into this fight, Okumura will never order his workers to target them.
Atlus was smoking something bad when they designed this.

1:49 well damn its gonna be like that ain't it

Vincent Dichoso Akechi will do that for you
I wanna hear Okumura call out who to target for all of the phantom thieves. Also boss fights in Royal make the boss an even worse person then they were in Persona 5
"boss fights in Royal make the boss an even worse person then they were in Royal"
What? The bosses are worse in this games than they were in this game?
Naesa not gameplay wise. You can see they are bad people because of their actions during the boss fights
Naesa haha I was confused too
But you said the bosses are worse in Royal than they are in Royal. You're comparing the bosses to the exact same game.
Naesa sorry about that I changed it so don’t worry
The way panther hits the ground after those attacks looks PAINFUL
Turning up the difficulty to merciless actually makes this battle much easier as you will do so much damage if you hit those technicals and weaknesses. Just be sure stock up on some elemental items and do baton passes as much as possible.
The green corporobos are easy if you do something I call the psycho-bomb-quad-baton-pass move!
That was how I beat the phase with the 4 big guys. My advice: Take Haru with you and put the Persona from the DLCs with Abyssal Wings on it. Use your other two party members to throw curse bombs at them. Baton pass to Haru as the third and use her all psy attack. Then baton pass to joker last, and you'll have the ability to use Abyssal Wings twice in a row, once without any SP cost. That's about 60% of the big robots health in one turn.
@@BIadelores That would be Tsukiyomi (Picaro too) that has Abyssal Wings, if I recall.

Fu** your Git Gud!! Newsflash! Not all the Players are the same. For some it's easy and for some it's hard!!
@@kevinwinkler1326 yes, which is why the best solution is to literally just get good at the game's basic mechanics
@@psionics321 Even with baton pass and items, this boss is just kind of horseshit for what they're expecting of players at this level.
They're already insanely powerful and durable, however it wouldn't be such an issue... IF they didn't leave the fight after two turns, which if you happen to not finish all of them off by that point but they have a sliver of health yet, makes it that much more annoying. This also means that if you used items against that wave of enemies, they're potentially gone now forcing you to restart because they were the only thing that gave the player a chance.
Not only that, but one enemy can self destruct and oftentimes, that's the one buffed with defense adding on to those massive issues already there.
I wouldn't say it's people being bad either, because almost no one complains about the rest of the bosses in this way. Not even Maruki, who works similarly but is not designed to inconvenience the player in every way possible by that point in the game. I handily beat this boss on my second playthrough in 5 or so minutes, but that doesn't change how I feel about its design.
@@soc1163 isn't the challenge in this fight about fighting the clock? you have a 30 second timer and u have a turn or two to kill the round of enemies after they reach low HP.
the game gives players many ways to boost their damage output, and this fight is in the mid to late game. Not really the game's fault if a lot of players don't fully utilize something given to them so early on in the game
I feel so incredibly satisfied when I finally beat this guy on Hard. I raged for a good three hours, rewound time, equipped myself better, grinded a bit, and developed new strategies. When I finally managed to lay the smackdown on him, the catharsis was immeasurable.
You could give this game a 9.5/10 or a 4.5/5 and have a paragraph about how this is the one change they made for the worse and you wouldn't lose any credibility.

Straight up to win this fight. Buy elemental "bomb" items that attack single enemies. (Specifically more psybombs). The hardest part is getting past the green chief robots. Have Haru on your team with psy and have joker with strong psy abilities as well. Have your other teammates use the items that the robots are weak to and baton pass to the other teammates that dont have psy abilities. Eventually you baton pass to joker and haru to blast them into oblivion with a full powered baton pass attack. This fight taught me how powerful baton pass can be and how cool the mechanic is.
Probably the best advice possible - getting a level 4 baton pass can wipe any wave out but it is only possible to do using items like you say.
Where do you buy these bombs at?
@@TogonzoMedia you can actually craft the psy and wind bombs in Joker’s bedroom :)
@@akiraishere9319 I beat the bastid without them! Changed party members, ground stronger personas, and one-shotted Okumara with curse from one of the high level DLC personas at level 41 with 14 seconds to spare ... *whew*
Best way to actually win: Izanagi No Okami
I just did this boss fight and I still haven’t beaten it. Okumura’s boss is so tedious, so mind-numbingly infuriating. Those green robots always run like little bitches when their health goes the slightest bit under half, so great job, you’ve just wasted your SP and any items you might have used so you can do it all over again because Okumura will always call in more robots till the end of time unless you’ve either beaten him by sheer luck or you quit. Fuck this boss.

My new favorite line 🥰🤤
My favorite part is after Mona gives some bad ass lines and shoots the remote out his hand. "I hit it !?!

If anyone happens to be reading through the comments and is struggling with this fight, try to make use of baton passes. On the last set of robots before robo-Haru, I’d recommend hitting two weaknesses with Haru, one with another party member using an item, another with another party member, and then pass to joker to finish them.
For real, baton passes are so good with the free buffs, just get Joker a persona like Haru’s and follow up after a baton pass
THIS CANNOT BE EMPHASIZED ENOUGH. Baton Passes are a NECESSITY to beat this fight. Without using them, you WILL NOT win.

Gotta love futaba buffing you up when the fight is already essentially over. Just another bit of salt in the wound.
This was an odd boss battle, where i had to go from Hard to Merciless to win... honestly a backwards approach, but It kind of represents the "High risk, high reward" mentality.
MY GOD THIS BOSS FIGHT CAN BURN IN A FIRE!!!
Okay but it hurt to watch you disregard miracle punch and keep lucky punch...
After the Kamoshida boss fight you realise how the quality dips for the other bosses.
To those who come here to seek help. Here’s helpful tips.
1. Hit the weakness one enemy at a time to gather the baton pass strengths. If your party member doesn’t have the weakness spell, use an item just so you can baton pass to the member who has the weakness spell to deal major damage. Try to keep at it till up to 4 baton pass. A single baton pass can go a long way.
2. If your party member doesn’t have the weakness spell to down an enemy, don’t bother attacking with a resistant spell or physical attack as it won’t to much damage. Use the turn wisely to perform stat boost or healing. They can also either debuff enemies or remove stats debuffs on party.
3. You have 2 turns to destroy enemy group before they explode and revive. If you didn’t kill the group on your first turn, you have a second turn. Plan your move accordingly.
4. Cognitive Haru will explode on her second turn and will deal massive damage. You have 2 turns to try to defeat her. If you couldn’t do it near the end of the second turn, heal up as much as possible and raise defence to survive her blast. This what saved me.
Good luck out there and let me know.
Imagine only targeting one person when you have 4 robots
Imagine NOT doing that and not being able to kill one opponent with a single robot.
Imagine not targeting the main protagonist
Imagine not killing them in time and instead going for someone else
I love how they changed this boss fight so now its even worse!
This fight gave me more stress than all my college finals combined
The fact that this has a freaking timer is worse
Futaba: Everyone is really low can someone heal?
Me:oh Gee futaba I wonder who has the ability to do that.
They finally beat the CEO of racism
I don't get it. What is he racist to decent people?
@@WittingStudios It's a meme
Proud to say I beat this boss fight on the 4th try on Hard difficulty, it was a pain in the ass not gonna lie. The main personas I used were Rogue Kaguya for the reflect physical dmg passive, and the Kaiwan, a star-shaped persona with an “old” face. My team was around level 41-42, with Ann, Mona and Haru on the field. I would use damage items to deal effective attacks, mostly with Mona and Ann against the green dudes, then Baton pass to Joker to either debuff Defense, or buff team’s Attack, that way being able to deal more damage and defeat the green dudes in time. Everyone before them was relatively easy if one knows their weaknesses, and for the final guy in black suit, I would just attack and then defend when the Big Bang Challenge attack was coming.
I must say I had an SP regen accesory I bought from Takemi on Joker, as he’s always using more SP than most of the team. This has been my most difficult fight so far, both because of the high HP enemies had, and because of the pressure the timer put on one, nonetheless, it was an entertaining fight.
it took far too long to realize i needed to kill them all in 2 turns for anything to happen thought he would run outta bots
He should have run out of bots especially in the later waves -okumura is supposed to be an extreme cheapskate, so how is it he has hired an unlimited number of executive CEOs to work for him???
@@josephstewart2821 the issue is they never tell you two turns so if your not all ready destroying ass. You wouldn't know
Glad to see this fight still sucks!
Things Atlus should have fixed:
1. Getting Game Over after Joker dies.
2. This boss fight.
PATFORMER the first one is just balancing and the second one I agree with
Imagine being low on health and you have to heal up and then you pull out a Big Bang Burger to heal 50 HP and your entire team looks at you all disappointed.
I used Big Bang Burger to destroy Big Bang Burger.
19:36 Golly that’s right. You are HOPELESS! Hopeless and alone.
didn't know that okumara had that awesome line when haru got knocked out also was nice addition that they added the cognitive version of haru to make the fight last a little more
Ann: Oh my God!
That's what I said when this damn fight dragged on and on, even with lv 50+ Personas and Mapsiodyne 😡😠🤬
And even this battle got improved, well, I'm convinced to buy Persona 5, after seen all the new stuff that if has and how even the gameplay got improved (which was already awesome), I will definitely get this game... Specially because I never bought the original.
Emiliho | Yeah, it’s basically just Persona 5 but with a ton of improvements. Same Story but with an added portion at the end.
Personally, I'd say this battle is way, way worse than the original, because if you go in not knowing how the battle changed, like I did, it can be literally impossible to win. It's incredibly difficult to kill the green robots all at once unless you're prepared for it.
Some Guy | Really? Oh, yeah, that seems a bit unfair. All the robots are resistant to Physical too lmao.
@@BigMastah79 They already were in the original.
RaidikTheHedgehog yeah ik, It was a big complaint from me lol
soooo we have infinite respawning enemies unless defeated at the same time, multiple phases, broken because its easier on harder difficulty, one liners and a time limit do i miss something
this fight is the most annoying one of them all. ive died 5 times because i cant get past the blue ones
Alot of tips legit say this for the top strategy:lower the difficulty to Easy.
@@alandimas90 others say to change to merciless since you deal more damage with weaknesses
Another vote for upping the difficulty to Merciless. This fight is a DPS test and you NEED to deal as much damage from exploiting weaknesses as possible.
If you can’t get past the blue ones then how are you going to survive the executor o?
How to beat it on hard:
Fuse a persona with magarula, maeiga, and mazionga
Get concentrate on a persona, where the earliest is thoth that learns it at level 40 and a persona with charge where the earliest is setanta.
And make a couple of curse bombs, about 3 or 4.
The team members I used:
-Morgana
-Ryuji/Makoto
-Haru
For the first wave, use magarula with either joker or morgana. Then use it again. It should two shot the first wave.
For the second wave, use mapsio twice with haru.
For the third wave, concentrate with joker, and use use zionga on 3 enemies with ryuji or freila with makoto, then baton pass to joker and let joker use mazionga once or twice.
For the fourth wave, concentrate with joker, and when it's morgana's turn, use garula on 3 enemies, and then baton pass to joker. Joker will then use magarula twice.
For the fifth wave, make sure you heal up and buff the team here, and concentrate with joker. On the last member's turn, use the curse bomb. Baton pass to any member except joker. use another curse bomb. Baton pass to another team member thats not joker. Use another curse bomb. Finally, Baton pass to joker. Use Maeiga twice. you should have the large damage up++ buff and the concentrate buff.It will deal massive damage.
Then, the executive director is a cakewalk. Just use charge on joker, and try to get a crit on morgana's lucky punch or haru's triple down. If you can, baton pass to joker and use a powerful physical attack that either powers up after baton pass or hits more than once. E.g Rising slash or Cross slash. Then, if you havent killed him yet, use the same trick in the next couple of turns.
Finally, Harubot. Harubot is easy. Just heal up and guard when okumura gives the sacrifice order.
Finally, Just destroy okumura.
Make sure you dont run out of time.
THANK U SO MUCH, I DID IT AND I'M GONNA CRY SO HARD
This boss actually becomes a lot easier on merciless, as targeting weaknesses does much more damage
Yeah, the triple damage is quite nice even though it's like a double-edged sword
This boss stressed the hell out of me, and I was literally losing some of my hair with the pressure I was in. Going from merciless after several tries on normal during this fight actually helped me out and felt better that I finally passed this hell of a fight 😅
That moment with morgana would have been so much more emotional if the Palace wasn't as bad as they first made it
After 3 hours, I made it through (the blue and green robots are the absolute worst) with Haru, Morgana and Makoto. Wish I had used a Garu or Psy ring instead of the elemental items. Playing on hard, had to lower it to easy, and even then, I just barely managed to kill the last green one before it escaped a third time. Then big robot and Haru was a breeze in comparison. Okumura just won't stop talking, and neither does the timer. I'm not pleased with this victory. Next time I play, my entire playthrough will be a preparation for this fight. Good heavens, I want to kick his ***.
Right before I finished the last palace, I fused a Persona with Psycho Force and Psycho Blast for exactly this reason.
Having an insane hard time to beat this boss. Thank you to everyone who refuses to help any says "oh it's actually easy".
You probably got this from reading it somewhere, but here is how I got it playing on hard.
Stock on elementar attack items to guarantee baton passes
Use Haru and a Persona with strong Psy attacks
It's vital to use the damage increase from baton pass to win this fight if you don't play it on merciless (in which the fight is actually easier thanks to how the damage scalling works)
Morgana: (tries to make a speech)
Me Shut up Cat you don't get to talk after steeling Haru's awakening arc!
