I think it's between 15 and 20 minutes. There is no problem with timing. You start your mash time when the last of the grain is in. The first grain will only be in an extra 20 minutes or so and does not effect the mash.
We only have a 7 BBL system so our mash is usually only about 450#. I haven't timed it but it takes about 15 minutes to 20. But I think mill speed has a lot to do with it.
what is the part number or name of the attachment that you use to get that extra angle between the bottom of the mill and the unloader, I can't find it on farmer boy ag website

What model Flex Flo auger did you use?
How much power do you need for the mill and motor? What type of outlets?
Did yours come with an iron ball? We got this 3" iron ball thats supposed to drop in to the unloader. Makes no sense to us!

Do you know how many lbs/hour you get out of the flewx-flo? I have one and am only getting around 1500lbs/hr when it should be able to do 6000.
