It's not soo hard, find a yard and try to do it without thinking. And you'll make it! Then just try working on doing it better and better. 👌🏻

I love this move so much its just so cool, don't forget to really dip low guts it makes it look so much better. However I recommend a aerial as its more natural to twist

Guys if you want to learn this it's actually easier to do a butterfly than an aerial. It's a really easy move if you just do a tucked butterfly. That's the trick. I personally was very confused with the aerial... so just do it with the butterfly :)

How difficult is this move? Like is it as hard as a sideflip, front flip or like cork level?
Aerial it's easy...but i think frisbee is much more difficult because of that tuck :-?

Nickexp It's literally just a tucked aerial. Do the martial arts aerial and pull your feet in. It's almost like a donut boy, but not as stupid looking.
