I can’t wait to get back up there. I love to camp on the conasauga river near hickory creek trail. Keep an eye out for copperheads during the hot months. I saw 3 the last time I was up there.
Damn son, Sasquatch would have been proud to do an overnighter in that spot. Red jeep was awesome looking. Free is always good. Surprised there wasn't a sh*t load of people there. Must have been the banjo music you probably were playing to keep the humanoids away. I'd keep that spot secret if I were you. I will leave you with these words, Ketandu weewahmey kohaha melegache. I have no idea what they mean but saying them with some flute music playing would be pretty cool and sound a bit like an Indian Warrior.
I worked out a deal with Sasquatch to get that spot. Apparently he likes adult beverages and eats beef jerky like a crackhead hits a pipe. There was definitely some hillbilly music going on and some flatulence to keep away any yuppies. Thanks for your words of wisdom and interesting song lyrics. I'll have to breakout my Irish tin whistle and put those to the test my next time out.
Not one question on where the location is or how to get there was answered, so is there any way to get the location and road name? Would be nice just to check it out to see if you can still camp there.
Looks like an awesome area. hope to stop around there at the end of the month on the way from Illinois down to Clearwater FL. Hope I can find some spots once I get down to that area.
Hey there.. nice video and great location. We're in the planning stages of doing a 2 week - 6 National Forest road trip. I came across your video here and am thinking about adding the Chattahoochee in for a 7th. Can you share any more info on this location.. perhaps a hint? :-) How many sites are in this location? Is the road in decent or rough? If they were to be full upon arrival... are there other similar places to try relatively close?
@@adventureonwithchris9092 Thank you for replying sir. I'll be traveling down there in Nov and will be living out of my car. It's a lifestyle that will be new to me and trying to figure out some beautiful places to boondock for more than just one day. Thanks again and stay safe.
I can't remember if I shot this with my DJI osmo action camera or if I was just using my old Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge? Pretty much any cell phone nowadays takes fantastic video. You don't need to spend a ton of money anymore to get decent quality.
Adventure On with Chris awesome! I use the GoPro HERO8 and the stabilization has been awesome for the trail. There is a ton of places to explore on my channel that might interest you. Would love to hear your feedback. Cheers

That is awesome, I will take my 8 and 9 year old up there. I think they will love it!

The whole area is fantastic. Considering this time of year you shouldn't have a problem finding a nice spot.
@@adventureonwithchris9092 where is the location?
@@donnalisasharkey9126 It's inside the Chattahoochee National Forest in Georgia, just outside of Booger Holler.
Did you see any Deer? I saw a white tail when I was there.
What a beautiful spot, did I overlook location? I would love to make a trip to see in person.
You should definitely check it out. That whole area of Georgia is gorgeous.

Can you pan for gold there or run a sluice box
Where is this location? I would enjoy listening to the River run.
wow, it's not hot and humid this time of year? I wanna come down from S. Ohio!
You definitely should.
Can I please get directions to this area!
What an awesome location! Love the isolation opportunity there. May I ask how long you were able to make camp there without being ran off?
It was definitely a sweet spot! I only stayed one night but probably could have stayed a week without any issues.

@@kevmodee1866 Enjoy the experience. I know the weather is gonna be sweet!
Can you just park along the side of a forest service road that is open? Or do you need to park at a trailhead?
can i please get directions to this?
How were you not getting rained on in the beginning?
Nice video! What kind of camera are you using? Just subbed #72!
