Lol no way those cones got that clean. The serial number doesn't match. Your gonna need some manual cleaning/polish to get it that clean. Good video non the less
You have a keen eye MaxPowerLTD. It is true that you should not expect cones to come back to as new condition, neither do you want them to. When cleaning cones the focus should be on the cone orifice to make sure it is circular, not enlarged and free from excess matrix deposition. We do not recommend manual polishing of cone surfaces, which is unnecessary and will reduce the cone’s lifetime.
I was told for the hyper skimmer that it should not get sonicated as it could get completed damaged, is this true? keep in mind that I also sonicate with 2% nitric acid
Someone needs to disassemble and clean the EM shield! What material are the cones that you can sonicate with dilute hcl?
