Kalos Ash's team actually has a huge weakness: electric types. Electric moves can sweep 4 of his pokemons. Ice or Fairy can deal with Goodra (earlier preffered).

Gliscor knows Stone Edge. Talonflame, Noivern, and Hawlucha are all flying types, and not many have good moves against a gliscor. That alone is one of ash’s Kalos teams biggest weakness and Ash should have felt fortunate that he didn’t face many rock types at the Kalos League
Also ofc the battle was done to make Kalos ash win. I think ash’s sinnoh team would be far better against the Kalos team, minus buizel because as much as I like buizel, it probably should evolve. But ash’s sinnoh Team has far more variety and probably should have wiped the floor with Kalos because Kalos sucks

Goodra has Hydration, not Gooey I doubt Gliscor has Poison Heal Noivern’s set is Boomburst, Supersonic, Dragon Claw, and Acrobatics. It does not have U-Turn, Draco Meteor, and Hurricane. Pikachu does not have Knock Off. Greninja does not have Surf Are you even using the correct move sets and abilities? I’m guessing you are just choosing the best competitive moves and abilities for them, just keeping the Pokémon the same.
