- What's up Bargain Family? Today, I've got some Fall and Halloween DIYS to share with you. I hope you enjoy! The coffins are about 2ft in size and the Hocus Pocus sign is about 4ft! I love making bigger pieces you can decorate with around your home using Dollar Tree products. This is gonna be it for Fall and Halloween DIYs on my channel this year. I'm going to start filming my Christmas DIYS soon so if you have any ideas for me, leave them in the comments! Thanks for watching!

One mans trash is another mans treasure for sure. I was taking my walk the other day and I found a beautiful wooden bench in the trash. I was so excited!! There was nothing wrong with it.

I’d love a variation of styles outside of classic farmhouse for Christmas. I like farmhouse but I also really like modern decor, so I would love some ideas for both.

For Christmas, I'd love some ideas for the styrofoam cones from DT. Each time I go, I grab a few so I'll have them at Christmas time when they're impossible to find. I'd love to see something a little more creative than just wrapping them with rope or twine...

Christmas trees I love to watch the way you decorate your trees they are simply beautiful and so unique I'd like to see some smaller trees on top of your big ones I have a very small place and need ideas on smaller trees 4 ft maybe
Hi Rosemary, I also live in a small place & have a 3 ft tree. I like rustic & farmhouse so my decorations reflect that. Last year I bought a pack of glitter plastic stars & wrapped them in jute twine covering completely. Then decorate with flowers,pinecones or make or buy small bows. The choices are endless once you have the base. I also wrapped the plastic candy canes, alternating jute & white string. Then I made small bows with long tails & tied bells to the bottom of the tails.
Both are very simple to make, all from Dollar Tree products that are easy to find, make multiples cheaply.
1 pack of 5 stars
1 pack of 5 candy canes
1 roll of jute
1 roll of white twine ( auto dept)
Glue gun
Decorations
$5 or 6 bucks you'll have 10 ornaments with enough left over to make many more if you wish.
I made 12 of each & still had twine left

Bethany you are so creative. I can’t tell you sometimes I go blank when I want to do a diy. You have given me so many great ideas. I love to decorate more for Fall and Christmas. My kids are grown so I no longer decorate inside for Halloween. I told them when I’m blessed to be a Mimi then I’ll decorate inside. Lol
Gorgeous FALL sign! Love the tips about ‘morphing’ the letters, the reinforcement on the back, & adding the pumpkin to the bow!
Bethany, I'd love to see a lot of glam bling bling Xmas decorations, also some LARGE Xmas decor or signs, also those really big lighted Xmas presents and the big outside bulbs would be cool to see... In a glam style! Lol. Would also love to see some Xmas diys using red roses. I'm only using red roses for my boyfriend that died two yrs ago.

The best finds are the ones on the side of the road. Your Fall/Halloween DIYs are really great. The pumpkin centerpiece is pretty. The Halloween stuff is spooky and the Fall stuff is pretty. Good job. For Christmas Candy Land decorations could have fun. Also, decorations made from pool noodles.
I'm really loving the theme of "mrs.claus baking co." And my overall theme is woodland Christmas! Buffalo check of course.

These are WONDERFUL!! I’ll tell you what, the DT seriously rocked Halloween this year AND the best part is the are still getting more stuff AND Christmas is also arriving! I can say, I’ve spent over $200 at DT for Halloween this year. I’ve been to 4 different stores (one of which was over 100 miles away). I’m having a BLAST decorating!! For anyone wanting to do a crystal ball, the extra large snow globes are out, as well as these crystal looking plastic ornaments with a strobe light that has an on/off switch. So super easy! 😉

Hey Yami! I never did til I started making UA-cam videos. We didn’t celebrate Halloween growing up but when I started UA-cam I slowly started to love it! It won’t last long the decorations though cause once I start my Christmas DIYS, it’s gonna infiltrate my house! Lol

Which cricut are you using? I got the Cricut explore Air 2 for my birthday in July, I haven't opened it yet because I just moved to my new house. I can't wait to settle in and start crafting. 😌
Christmas gnomes! Maybe some tag signs? I pulled a stack of board ends that were cut from fence boards, so need “tag board” ideas!!

Get yourself a pair of tin snips and keep them handy! They will cut through the boards more easily than scissors, they work well for any dowels, metal tiles or tin, or heavy wire, too. Love your ideas here!!

My number one favorite is the fall table centerpiece and my second favorite is the tiered tray. I like them all though. I really don’t do much for Halloween any more unless it’s cute and funny, but I really like what your creations. Thank you Bethany. Hopefully you’ll create something specifically for Thanksgiving. An important day that most everyone skips. I am however so excited to see what you have for us for your Christmas creations. My favorite time of year.

Absolutely fabulous!! Loved this vid SO much!! Matt’s coffin idea was fantastic!! So many favorites: all the coffin ideas, the skull pyramid, framing out the Beware sign really added to it!! Great ideas about the witch rug and the way you jazzed up the CREEPY sign! I especially appreciated seeing how the crafts might be used together to decorate! Loved the tips about the creepy cloth, spiders, & bats! I enjoy staging my backyard at Halloween to create scavenger hunts for my grandsons. Last year was a maze. This year will be a creepy graveyard. Even with lawn staples, it’s a challenge to keep the props standing. I can’t wait to try your block idea!! Thanks SO much!! I LOVE your channel!!!

Oh boy, I adore that shirt! I made a pumpkin topiary with holes drilled in instead of a face and painted them an ivory and wrapped a maple leaf garland down around them. I use it September through Thanksgiving.
You should seriously have your own t.v. show. You are so creative and you don't spend 100s of 1000s dollars. Which is very helpful for all of us on a budget who want to decorate their home, without going into debt.
I truly love your creativity and how you tell a story with your DIY's. I don't decorate for Halloween but you make me want to give it a try!!

I really like the Fall sign made with pumpkins, the Hocus Pocus sign, and the wooden tier tray with all the wooden decorations, especially the crate of pumpkins and, of course, the truck! Btw, I like the red side for fall and winter, but I think the blue side would be pretty for spring and Easter! Great video!
For Christmas DIYs I would love to see some indoor and outdoor DIYs, and some maybe in a winter wonderland theme for a patio and indoors but not only using white. Maybe using some little pops of colors like frozen blue.

I used my Cricut and cut a bunch of different size bats out and used dollar tree double sided foam tape and stuck them to my wall over my console table. Love how it turned out!

I have been loving the candy ones you have been doing. It is going to be Cooper, 1st Christmas, that he will be into everything so do something for his age. I am a grandmother, of 6 grandchildren. I always love watching the children reactions to Christmas decorations. That is it truly all about.

I definitely wouldn't mind seeing more Matt inspired crafts the coffin was too cute and I love it so much especially with the fairy lights and the little skeleton as well.
So cute I love the truck idea but you can use one side of the truck like you have it for fall with pumpkins and flip it over to the red side for Christmas and add them little mini trees ornaments from dollar tree and add in truck so cute...I love your diys keep them coming

I found at the Dollar Tree today, a cute board sign shaped with three graduated pumpkins with a witch hat at the top. I’m going to flip it at Christmas and paint a snowman and add a child’s sock hat.
The coffin Matt made was fabulous. Only trouble for me, my dollar tree carries very little wood pieces and only a few Halloween signs. Love all your diys!!!
