@@ogboiviolet83Been an RN who went to the UK and worked throughout it's best to become Entrepreneurial and business minded. We must find joy and happiness in life. Life is broad, limitless and no frontier as Bruce Lee stated. Our mind must not be limited to one thing. We saw what Covid caused. Alot of people became entrepreneurial and business men and women. Right now I am certified herbalist, bee keeper, Aromatherapist, Holistic Nurse. I've done medicinal cannabis diploma studies in the UK also and natural bee keeping. I always try to plan ahead just incase things don't work out. Eventually I returned to my home country from the UK. It wasn't worth it. Mentally it's very draining In the UK and added to that the racism! Currently I'm farming lands and doing my herbal medicine business. Also I have my UA-cam channel where I do videos on herbs. It's all about owning assets and putting money to work. When I returned to my home country in the Caribbean I was blessed to get my job back. I started back working in geriatric care but when I toldthem I have medicinal cannabis diploma form the UK they immediately reassigned me to the Mental health asylum. In their eyes my qualifications would be better used at the mental health center where alot of young people abused cannabis.

@@ogboiviolet83can you do a video on encouraging persons to become Entrepreneurial and owning Business/Businesses. We must face the reality that healthcare has used us and taken us for granted. It's not easy investing in something and you don't see returns. In the UK you are seen as a number. A statistic. I've worked with HC one and Care UK both of which like many others are just about profit making and have no care for Nurses especially from overseas. They think we come to the UK for the sake of making money. No alot of us want career profession and development. The countries we come from restrict us from advancing. My faith is in God He is my provider I shall not want/lack anything. Everything I need is already there for me. I'm not letting any one or any company feel as though I can do without them. I'll prove them wrong like I did. Any racism or taking me for granted I encounter I used to resign and leave. I value my self and time. My time is more valuable than their money. Wisdom is better than silver and gold! Life goes on after all. All is vanity. We were born with nothing and will leave with nothing. Love is what we need.
Once when I was in Scotland a Scottish nurse told me that the problem with the nursing home is they take nurses for granted. I will never forget that. I left and after I left the manager of the home and the same nurse left also! Then finally when I returned to England living in Sunderland I saw the same thing. You're just a number a statistic. Take you for granted. One morning myself and a African carer left work she was saying she is not returning to work and she was telling me she doesn't know why I make them do me like that treat me like nothing. That really made me think. Then I emailed the Manager my resignation letter. Soon after I did an interview for SueRyder company in Scotland Aberdeen and was only one successful but I thought again it's gonna be the same thing when I go there. I then decided it's time to leave the UK. You have to lose to win in life. The Landlord and his wife understood. So they released me from my contract. I'll never forget them. The wife was even saying the managers have attitude and they don't treat you guys right. The husband wished me all the best where I was going back to my country. I can't ever thank them. The money I owed them for the remaining rent they told me it's ok. Though it was for 1 year and 6 months I learned so much in the UK and met so many good people even more than bad ones. I'm home now and I'm doing great things and able to apply what I studied in the UK my nursing degree, herbal medicine degree and others. Thank you for reading.
