Thank you. I'm 60 and on my way to my 4th surgery on my left knee so exercise is difficult. Those you show are easily done even with my knee problems! Again, thank you!!
Thanks for the out in nature workout! And yes, trees all around us and not just to hug anymore 🤗. I'll try and remember to do these exercises on my trail walks. It'd' be better way off my usual trails though. Less other day hikers around to pass judgment on me or if I'm doing them right.

Hey Rose! I’m mostly happy with it. The oil filter housing is apparently a problem in many- it cracks, and the one the warranty replaced it with is the same. So I had an aftermarket metal one installed after mine cracked. Not a huge issue, but a common one. It also doesn’t do well on hills, and especially above 7000ft elevation- the shifting gets squirrely. But, other than that, it’s been great for me.
