Thanks Mike, but this looks like a toggle for definition or clarity, not sharpening. Can you help me out with that?
I am not familiar with the difference between clarity and sharpening. If you want to do something like an unsharp mask for example, LS doesn’t have native support for image processing kernels so you would have to figure out how to implement those.
you have like 2 panels at the side i only have one whatever i do it wont add? for the rest i have everyting the same how do i get the 2nd panel?
I try to start every tutorial with the Default Layout (Window -> Panels -> Default Layout). From there I'll sometimes resize or move panels, but I think in this video I only resize panels.

Can you add color correction now ? It won’t allow me !
You should be able to just add a color correction. If your sharpening material is used in a post effect, you might just need to make sure your color correction comes after the sharpen effect. If you are still having trouble, post a few more details about your scene setup (including screenshots) over on the Lens Studio forum -> support.lensstudio.snapchat.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/115000052703-General

I right-click and that brings up the menu for me.
