I've got one of these for my duck blind bag. I changed it up a little. Pulled the RATS off the front and stuck it inside as a backup, and put a SOF-T and a K9 Tourniquet on the outside with billy bands. I also tossed the shears it came with and added a pair of X-Shears. Found they actually fit perfect between the velcro panel and case and are held nicely by the strap. Nice tidy package, and all my buddies know what and where it is just incase one of us do something stupid, or the dog gets caught in a trap or shot himself. Only thing I'd like to add is some individual packages of low dose aspirin in case of heart problems. Not a 1st aid kid. It's a "keep me alive kit" for while we wait for the ambulance.
