I think you wanna aim in the opposing direction of where you wanna shoot while charging your snipe shot so enemies don't spot you immediately. Just take aim right before you fire your shot. At least that's how I used to play a very similar character called Elsu in arena of valor.

It seems like Inteleon is more of a secure mon and decidueye is more of a team fighter (as spirit shackle is able to hit multiple enemies). Overall decidueye feels more versatile and better at high level play and when you have a coordinated team, but it’s lack of mobility might make inteleon better for solo games where your team isn’t coordinated to protect you. Just my thoughts tho

If u look at my comment, the entire thing is comparing deci spirit shackle to intelleon snipe shot, as I believe at highest play those are the better options for deci (and most likely intelleon) because of the ability to secure, as well as general squishiness making these Pokémon making them too vulnerable against smart opponents . I’m not talking about razor
which honestly makes them both amazing when played together, if the deci cant secure a kill, intel can chase for it.

12:10 the efficient way to fool enemies will be to aim back, quickly aim forward and release the trigger, they won't even know where the shot came from
Just checked and snipe shot now has more range than spirit shackle! I bet people are going to adopt a similar strategy to chargers in Splatoon where you aim away from the enemy while preparing the shot so they don't see you beforehand

Taking the rayquaza stealing shot "GET DOWN MR PRESIDENT!"
A possible tech for snipe shot during the Ray fight I think would be to first charge it up _away_ from the pit, then when it's fully charged or you have to secure, quickly pivot it to Rayquaza and shoot from a safe faraway position!

That's what you have to do, not only for the Ray but for every snipe shot you do
@@_EmperorWaluigiYes, of course, but he's saying you aim it away from your intended target while it's charging, then move your aim (not your body) to your target.
Gotta take advantage of that delay in the snipe line. So chargin while looking away first and then quickly moving the aim to the target will be really beneficial
I think snipe shot is going to get overshadowed by spirit shackle

Snipe shot is easy to spot spirit shackle is way harder to doge unless you are melee
I can see liquidation being the better of the two cuz you can still get out of the way, like obviously there's gonna be some Inteleon that rely on only on Snipe Shot to win Rayquaza and do nothing else but try and jank it but I don't see that lasting for a full season or anything, plus Shadow Sneak can just pick him out easier so at that point you just dogpile him and go back to ripping

But it has its own merit like it's range so long and you can easily reposition yourself with the other moveset
Inteleon is definitely my favorite starter pokemon, and I've played since red and blue *insert Mat Damon getting old meme*. But they really did Inteleon justice here, especially with the increased snipe range and speed of charge. Thanks for the awesome video. Will definitely get him tomorrow. Now all I have to do is wait for my absolute fav pokemon Togepi.
Inteleons meh design wise, wobbles cute ig but drizzle is an abomination
Despite more range and damage, snipe shot is a poor man’s spirit shackle: harder to hit, doesn’t pierce through champs, telegraphed laser cue, immobile while charging, no CC, and requires a critical counter to actually deal decent damage. The laser sight cue to opponents is especially uncalled for.
The fact that you can't move during snipe shot and enemies can see where ur aiming is still worse then spirit shackle even with crit
You've gotta think that this is the tradeoff for invisibility and mobility. Also you can use the spoon on this pokemon.
It would be good if the enemy team couldn't see the lazer sight but only you AND your teamates..
@@6milhõesEm5AnosÉLorota if it is necessary to have it having it subtly fade in as you charge it sounds like a good compromise. As I said above I think this is a tradeoff for the invisibility and mobility.
Gengar can no longer jump on u as its unite will reveal them and damage them. Same for mew.
Mew will still get invincible tho I bet

I might play Snipe shot from time to time for fun, enemies may say it but I could probably stay behind my teammates to help defend with it or something
Unless they make the laser pointer of snipe shot less visible or get rid of it completely, liquidation is going to be better
I think that if the red dot is changed in a patch Inteleon could be much better than deci possibly even a meta pick
I think that if they just made a dot on the furthest point and not a line all the way, then that would be better. because its just too easy to counter snipe shot atm but we will have to see tomorrow when its out

If it works with rock tomb what about A9's Avalanche
If using Snipe Shot, you'd probably have to play with sniping tactics in mind. As in, get your snipe off, and then immediately reposition with your movement ability and camouflage. That way, it will be a little harder for the enemy to pin you down.
This is just hypothetical. I'm not sure how well these tactics work in a game like Unite.

I don’t think snipe shot was ever intended to overshadow spirit shackle, as many people are saying.
Spirit shackle is an amazing ability, being both utility and secure at the same time (same reasons as why scald is good on slowbro). Spirit shackle has always been an “on the go” snipe, being able to move, shoot, slow, and secure all at once. And indeed, it fits decidueye way more.
Inteleon, I think, will probably be played more as a surprise assassin, being now one of 3 pokemon that have an innate stealth ability. Snipe shot is definitely meant to be played in grass, as you shoot it, move to the next patch of grass, and then shoot it again. You know, like an irl sniper, which is cool.
While snipe shot isn’t going to be meta for sure, I’m still looking forward to trying it out.
acrobatics and liquidation seems the way to go, with attack speed and crit increase
Scope lense, slick spoon, choice specs, i would say its the best
As someone that plays Honor of Kings, it has the exact same aim mechanics as one of the character in that game, so a trick pro players use is to charge up the sniper shot aiming at the back of, then once its fully charged, you just flick your finger at the direction of the enemy so they literally have no chance to dodge. Down side to this is that you need to have good flicking aim
Venusaur, Decidueye and Inteleon in one game with their sniper moves will be op.😉

No one will play snipe shot. Snipe shot gives away your position + it has low mobility. If you need to swipe decidueye is the one to play. Liquidation is simply much much better if you want to inteleon.
I like how the unite move has a wave similar to a radar's wave, I wonder if any Holowear moght add some effects to that

The question that bothers me: if camouflaged Inteleon and enemy's invisible Sableye stay beside each other would Inteleon reveal Sableye while still staying camouflaged?

I was so happy it was coming to the game. I was stoked to play snipe shot. Then I did on the pts and it was bad, and switched to liquidation. Now that it's been buffed, I may try snipe shot again.
Okay, a little completely unrelated but, whatchu think of Shedinja Doll FINALLY getting added? Recently I found out that you could use it in some Unites such as Cramorant's which imo is a HUGE buff for Cram

I don’t remember what it’s called. But there was a game mode where move cooldown was lessen. I feel like in that game mode is where Fell Stinger will really shine. You’ll be able to wiz around like Spider-Man and cloak and troll like Sabeleye.

I feel like the laser is necessary to not completely make it broken though, or at least keep it from being better than Spirit Shackle. Both sniper sets have their own unique qualities, so one does not completely over shadow the other. We need more fair releases like this, too many old Pokémon feel outdated otherwise.

@@viroxsyc Man I wish I had people like you to play with when I'm stuck in ultra, losing half of my games to stolen rayquazas because either no one on my team will stop the enemy while my character doesn't have tools for it, or I'll stop them only for my team to take too long and more of them respawn

I doubt that Snipe shot will be a weaker version of spirit shackle:
1. it cannot hit through multiple enemies
2. it cannot move while charging
These two pts make Inteleon becomes difficult to use in ranked match, e.g when teammates have no sense to protect with each other,the enemies include Zoroark or Leafeon
"Higher level battles" "when teammates don't protect you"...that logic is...weird but alright

@@adrielblake732 I can agree with you. They do kind of even out though with Inteleon not being able to move but still being invisible. I saw someone mention that Intel can also just aim in a different direction until his Sniper shot is focused, then point where he wants to fire. This way, the red laser that would give away his location won't be such a hindrance.
Decidueye's Snipe shot can go through multiple opponents, I believe that is the main edge it has over Inteleon's Snipe Shot.
@@jaysayspidey4013I also like the idea of using the Snipe laser just to intimidate/kite opponents. Overall I think Inteleon is gonna end up being a better Decidueye because the mobility it gets is well worth the drawbacks of Snipe Shot vs Shackle

I think people start charging snipe shot aiming behind Intelion and than 360 no scope so enemy have less time to react.

In my opinion I think Decidueye is just better at sniping. Movement while aiming, you don’t know where the snipe is coming from, and his arrow penetrate several opponents. That’s just off the top of my head.
