One time I gave Hades a jaw bone from a relative's ranch (I believe it was from his deceased horse), and the energy surge was massive! Hades /loved/ it
Although I practice more ifa and vodou witchcraft its very similar for offerings but for your ancestors and love ones that just pass, give them whatever they loved when they were alived and thanking them is most important. 🙏🏽
I love that, very interesting and makes a lot of sense! Thank you for sharing 🙌🏻 During my Samhain rituals I’ll put photos of loved ones and I’ll put any objects I have of their’s.
After my mom passed, my husband got me this delicious caramel coffee. I made a full cup for my mom and left it overnight by a picture of her that I had up because she loved coffee and the flavored kind. I definitely second the idea of giving passed loved ones stuff they enjoyed while they were alive
Another great video. I’ve been binge watching your videos as I’m just starting out. So very helpful and really informative. Definitely the best UA-cam channel I’ve come across so far. X
I would love to know more about Fae with your point of view. And I really like your videos, they are very useful since I felt calling by Hekate. Thank you very much and wishing you a nice day !
3mma Yes! I will make a video on Lilith, how to start working with her and my experience of working with her as soon as possible. Thank you for the request!
When you physically set something out on an alter, how long do you leave it there?! Like a crystal or a glass of wine, can you continue to use that crystal when they're done with it, or do you dedicate it to them and bury it afterwards?
I typically leave any offerings out for at least 24 hrs/overnight. After that if it’s edible I eat/drink it myself or put it outside if it’s something that won’t hard wildlife. For non edible offerings like crystals you can still continue to use the crystal afterwards, it will be charged with the energy of that deity/energy being though.
You can use a diva cup, that’s the easiest way. I personally use reusable pads. And TMI haha but my flow is heavy enough that I typically can scoop the blood off the pad and place it in a dark jar. That’s how I collect it. Then I use it for spells, draw sigils and symbols with it. Or I’ll pour some on the earth as offering.
When you feel ready to commit to a deity that's how you know. When you are willing to put the work in to making an altar for them, offering/prayer, etc. You can always evoke the deity to meet them and see how that goes. If it goes well and you feel compelled to start working with them go right ahead! You can always start working with a deity and then if you feel overwhelmed you can take a break. Just make sure you are always respectful of the deities you connect and you'll be fine going at your own pace.
I understand most of this and I’m a pretty intermediate which, but how do I get them to talk back, like how do I know what they’re trying to tell me other than listening to Tarot
Every witch communicates with deity differently. You can use a candle flame to receive messages or you can use a pendulum, psychic messages, familiars can help give messages. Incense smoke can be a way to receive messages also. You really just have to feel it out through practice.
Either! Sometimes I sweep several times through out the month and save it all in a container. Sometimes right before Deipnon on the dark moon I sweep and immediately use that.
@@PriestessDandelion awesome, thank you. Today is my second deipnon, I’m excited. Also, just in time, my husband got fresh garlic yesterday, so there’s a different offering than last time I can do, too 😊
do you like hear the deities or do you see them and hear them or do you hear them in your head like thoughts im really confused. Also do you talk aloud to them? - from a babywitch
This is such a good question that so many people have so thank you. To answer, everyone is different. Check out the video on my channel about the clairs. But I personally feel and see deities more than I hear them. Sometimes I hear but not as often as feeling and seeing. I thinking feeling is the strongest way to sense a deity. The energy will shift and you can feel their presence. But someone who is more clairvoyant than I am might disagree with me. Again everyone is different but I don't usually talk out loud to them. I feel my strong connection to them is in my third eye and crown chakra and that is my communication with them occurs. Occasionally I do talk out loud tho. It's all up to you and what you feel comfortable with.
Do you delete hate comments or have you just managed to cultivate a community on the internet? I always imagine videos like this would get a LOT of hate, but I rarely even see any dislikes on your videos.

About the sweepings for Hekate, do you collect them from throughout the month, or is it just from that day?

It’s very rare that I get a hate comment. So somehow I have managed to find a very amazing community here on UA-cam!
