He want to say this people who used to live there before this township came are called " Gaavwala " they all sold lands to builders, so easy money and they think still they own everything including you, this was issue at Ghodbunder road also many years back... Problem is they hamper the quality of life and security for which we pay crores of rupees... Because of them you will be always in tension when females of your family are out...sad reality of this outer skirts of main Thane...
