Electra herself is a granddaughter of one of the world’s most famous broodmares, Usha van ‘t Roosakker, the mare whose offspring include the sport horses Babbe van ‘t Roosakker, Cella, Equador van ‘t Roosakker and George Z. Kassander’s sire is Niels Bruynseels’ former GP stallion Echo van ’t Spieveld. The combination of the Echo blood with Electra van ‘t Roosakker’s dam line produces brilliant horses such as Kassander and his full sister Kaprice, Kent Farrington’s current top horse!
