The house behind you (with the hedges) where you filmed the orange 720S,was Ray Harryhausen's last home (ie he's the one who made those stop motion monsters for Clash of the Titans,Sinbad & Jason & the Argonauts),and the house a few yards back (facing you,the six windows,) was Sir David Lean's house

Tax on enveloped dwellings. It's for houses owned by companies. In this case it's owned by a shell company based in the British Virgin Islands.
They buyers also had to pay £8m in stamp duty.

It's crazy how little you get here in london. Even people in the 95th percentile of earners struggle to by a small 1 bed apartment

Nope, it isn't overpriced, we bought a house for 9.9M in Notting Hill, it is worth the money because there is like 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms , also you could do a mortgage too!

I don't think so :) I've used publicly available information, to run past some houses and give a quick overview of who lives / lived there. Some of these houses even have plaques on them for tourist routes stating who lived there.
