why solo traveling is actually not solo

When you go on a solo trip thinking you will be all alone the whole time but then you end up not getting a moment to yourself.
It can be really fun but also, it can take a toll on your mental and physical health. Make sure you check in with yourself frequently, journal, and meditate. If you need some time with yourself, do that and take what you need.
