There is real evidence that he has cheated and red flags everywhere, the fact his testosterone ratios are so low it could only mean one thing, the fact that the Mayweather camp nor USADA refuse to even answer that questions reinforces they are covering up this, the fact he was given a banned IV with no TUE in place until 21 days later and no medical justification is a massive concern, the fact Mayweather has TUE's written into his contracts before hand and the fact that USADA allow this is a huge red flag, the fact all his test results were going to come out during the Pacquaio law suit and he settled before it came out shows he is hiding something, there are so many red flags and it is obvious he has CHEATED.
***** Actually speculation is not all I have, Mayweather has failed tests, testosterone levels so low it can only mean one thing, TUE pre written into contracts which USADA allow is crazy, banned IV's with no justification or TUE in place and USADA are not allowed to even issue the TUE is a massive cover-up. Mayweather B samples would have been tested when Pacquaio took him to court so he quickly settled out of court and apologised as he is guilty as hell. It is not just speculation but evidence of failed tests and preferential treatment from USADA.
No evidence suggest Pacquaio used PED's. He had no TUE pre written into contracts, no failed tests such as extremely low testosterone levels, he does not have to announce the fights so his levels are normal range before testing. he takes VADA testing the much stricter more advanced testing that Mayweather refused, he has never been caught with banned IV's with no TUE in place or medical justification from a doctor which is required, USADA could not issue the TUE etc. etc. Maywwather has all the red flags while Pacquaio has none. By the way Pacquaio started his Professional career at age 16 so he could feed his family and Mayweather was the same weight as Pacquaio at age 16 and went on to weigh a lot more then Pacquaio so the old weight division thing does not stick and Pacquaio had only one bowl of rice a day back then and put on weight when he ate regularly but Mayweather would not allow himself to be weighed on fight night. There is real evidence that he has cheated and red flags everywhere, the fact his testosterone ratios are so low it could only mean one thing, the fact that the Mayweather camp nor USADA refuse to even answer that questions reinforces they are covering up this, the fact he was given a banned IV with no TUE in place until 21 days later and no medical justification is a massive concern, the fact Mayweather has TUE's written into his contracts before hand and the fact that USADA allow this is a huge red flag, the fact all his test results were going to come out during the Pacquaio law suit and he settled before it came out shows he is hiding something, there are so many red flags and it is obvious he has CHEATED.
***** Actually speculation is not all I have, Mayweather has failed tests, testosterone levels so low it can only mean one thing, TUE pre written into contracts which USADA allow is crazy, banned IV's with no justification or TUE in place and USADA are not allowed to even issue the TUE is a massive cover-up. Mayweather B samples would have been tested when Pacquaio took him to court so he quickly settled out of court and apologised as he is guilty as hell. It is not just speculation but evidence of failed tests and preferential treatment from USADA.
No evidence suggest Pacquaio used PED's. He had no TUE pre written into contracts, no failed tests such as extremely low testosterone levels, he does not have to announce the fights so his levels are normal range before testing. he takes VADA testing the much stricter more advanced testing that Mayweather refused, he has never been caught with banned IV's with no TUE in place or medical justification from a doctor which is required, USADA could not issue the TUE etc. etc. Maywwather has all the red flags while Pacquaio has none. By the way Pacquaio started his Professional career at age 16 so he could feed his family and Mayweather was the same weight as Pacquaio at age 16 and went on to weigh a lot more then Pacquaio so the old weight division thing does not stick and Pacquaio had only one bowl of rice a day back then and put on weight when he ate regularly but Mayweather would not allow himself to be weighed on fight night. He is as dodgy as they come.
I have given real evidence and all the red flags are with Mayweather it is not biased it is the truth you just do not want to see it but there is a book being written about the subject and this is why Mayweather would not return to the ring as it is very clear he has cheated with USADA and Nevada protecting him.

And hitting and not getting hit in competition is a win. So why do we get mad when floyd operates within the guidelines and wins? He is a master meaning he knows every rule and move and how to apply it in the most efficient way possible to get a win. Also floyd has good reflexes but his Godlike reaction time is an illusion if people go beneath the surface they will find that most of the time its setups and timing floyd is able to move not because of speed but because he know whats coming because he can make you throw the shot he wants you throw thats what the best counter punchers do. he leaves his self open for certain shots so he know whats available and where he hast to move. Why do you think he changes guards so much? He give different looks that provide different openings. The thing about pacquiao is he also is a smart fighter and sets traps so What floyd did was not react to his traps. Pacman likes to throw flurries to make you mad which gets you to open up to try to throw shots back then pacman catches you with the counters. What floyd did was let him throw all those shots then slowly walk forward or pivot out . For two reasons 1. to avoid the trap that so many got knocked out to. 2. because he did not have control of the situation "The ring generalship" floyd gets to reset and get back to reacting to punches he knows are coming as opposed to being vulnerable to trying to react to punches that he does't know is coming....

When People said floyd was scared was the moment he knew that would be the biggest fight of his career and he wanted to make as much money as he can of it. Floyd didn't have to rush to fight Mosley and he called Mosley out first, Canelo didn't have to accept the fight but His team thought he was ready even De la Hoya stated that he gave him the supposed " blueprint" he should've been smarter and wait instead, Manny CLEARLY stated at the weigh in " I feel great relax everything is under control we are ready" and still gave excuses after the fight...Floyd is simply the greatest boxer of all time , the most skilled with the highest boxing IQ. 5 different weight classes and beat 24 world champions it's that simple
