I don’t think that replacement cap will last very long. You should have replaced it with a capacitor of the same type. The one you fitted is not even the same physical size and will be of a higher ripple current Tip you could have replaced it with a higher voltage rating to 25 or 35volts
I have a bush 32 inch TV, there's no power (not even standby light) but 240 going to the pcb. can't see any obviously damaged capacitors, can you advise how to diagnose which part is faulty.
Iv got a bush 43inch and you can see the power button light up when i plug it in. But then when I try actually turn it on the power light just flashes and it dont turn on?
Nice video mate I wondered if you could help me, I recently came across a bush tv model dled32hds and i can plug it in press the power button then the screen shows the start up screen for like less than a second the the screen goes completely off, do you think the fix you just did will work for mine if not do you know what els might be wrong with it from what I told you, its hard to find any videos about the same model I have accept for Bush youtube repair channel which is very limited with information on what you can actually do to do a hardware fix. Any help would be appreciated mate 👍
The last time I tried an easy fix on my pressing iron, I nearly died from electric shock! So I have zero tolerance for opening apart any device. Period!
Wow, you must have still had it plugged in 🤣, sorry to laugh but that is slightly moronic, I'd advise you to stay well away from electrical appliances and tools.

Mate; the music is too loud for a “speaking tutorial”, we appreciate your help, just please keep the music down or eliminate it altogether. Thank you

Same here!
Does the TV hold any power after unplugging? Worried of getting a shock unless there is a way to remove it all prior to messing with caps
