Thank you for this recipe! Some people are trying to avoid high fructose corn syrup, but what many people don't know is that the corn syrup in the grocery store is NOT the high fructose stuff. On top of that my way of thinking is homemade foods are better for us because of the absence of preservatives.
You are very welcome!! :)
Thanks for the recipe Brother
You are very welcome, glad you found it and watched it!

Hey there Matt! Morning 🌄 blessings! Thank you for sharing 😊
Morning and thank you! :) You are welcome!
Thank You Matt💫for this Homemade Ketchup Recipe💯Yum! How long will this last in the frig?
You are very welcome! It will last 3 to 4 weeks in the fridge, then after that it should be frozen.
Thanks God bless
You are welcome!
Well did you put in 2 6oz cans? Cuz when I halved the ingredients for a 6oz can it wasn’t nearly enough liquid?
Yes in this recipe I used 2 6-ounce cans. If you have the recipe you use 1 6-ounce can and 1/4 cup of water, and 1/2 cup of vinegar. That is plenty of liquid.
I saw steak fries in this video. Can you do a video on making those in the air fryer?
Yes!
How long does the ketchup last once in the refrigerator
3 to 4 weeks, then after that it needs to be frozen.
what a Vinegar did you use? 5% or 8% 9% ?
Mine is 4%
@@inthekitchenwithmatt I think It is a good idea to give a full recipe with all ingredients
@@alaksandrshpak5500 I do have a full recipe with all the ingredients is listed in the description box. White distilled vinegar is the most common vinegar used in cooking, and it is always 4 to 5% here in the States. With that said it doesn't matter to much the vinegar used, a variety can be used, apple cider vinegar, etc.
Can we use monkfruit?
I don't see why not.
You might be saving my life😂😂😂
haha :)
On your blogposts, why do you put a section on most of them saying “How long do (food’s name) last?” Although sometimes foods like these, potato chips, grilled cheese sandwiches & other stuff like milkshakes can actually be enjoyed right after they are made & can most likely be devoured in no time?
I mean if you leave things like that for too long because you’re not going to eat or drink them & reheat them up again except for milkshakes & potato chips, that can cause them to not taste as good. It’s best to always eat or drink your homemade stuff fresh & not let them sit on the counter or in the refrigerator for too long.
Because people want to know how long they can be stored in the fridge and if they can be frozen or not.
'promo sm' 🤘
Corn syrup is not good for you. Use honey
This corn syrup is not the same as high fructose corn syrup which is bad for you
I'm not feeling it. We could buy a 32 oz. bottle of ketchup for $2.69 or all the ingredients it takes to make it at home for $14.99 - Maybe do some videos on how to make homemade tomato paste, onion powder, garlic powder, distilled white vinegar, and corn syrup? (I think homemade granulated sugar might be out of the question.) But wouldn't this be fun, though?
You are forgetting, buying all those ingredients LAST a really long time, its not like you use ALL the ingredients for this one recipe, except for the tomato paste. And those other ingredients will get used for many many other recipes. And most people already have lots of those ingredients at home. The purpose of making it at home is not necessary to save money but to know exactly what is being put into it.
