Did You Know In LADY AND THE TRAMP…

- There is a specific reason why we don’t happen to see certain characters properly for the most part throughout the movie. Whenever there are human beings around, such as Lady’s owners Darling and Jim Dear, we tend to only be able to see the bottom half of their bodies. This is actually to help in maintaining a dog’s perspective throughout, as the movie’s plot is being told from start to finish from Lady’s point of view.

This is further emphasized by how they refer to Lady's owners by Darling and Jim Dear.
If it was lady's point of view doesn't that suggest she never looks at her owners face??
One critical thinker in the comments! Thank you
It stands with old beliefs about dog's intelligence, because nowadays we know dogs who socialized with humans do focus on their faces. If you show a dog pictures of other dogs, they don't care. But humans pictures, they're able to recognize the person and to tell their displayed emotions.
When we do kinda see them they remind me of the Darling parents in Peter Pan. Also when they had a baby in the end he looked like Micheal Darling.
I also noticed that the baby looked very similar to the little boy in Peter Pan. 😊
And yet we see full view of Aunt Sarah from get go to farewell
You just helped me remember why I loved this one dog movie.
But others are still better (in terms of Disney movies not dog movies)
No I didn’t or didn’t think of it that much. I loved Lady and the Tramp as a kid and still do, I even liked the reboot that was released in 2019. And again Lady was so cute as a baby puppy ❤❤❤❤. Baby animals are so precious, I could just cuddle 🤗 them so much, so much cuteness everywhere.
Baby Lady is adorable ❤️
It's the cameraman's point of view
No I didn't because I don't think I've ever seen this movie before. Maybe I saw tiny bits on TV as a child but I don't really recall.
Yo my favorite dog was the one with the sweaters. I don’t remember his name
His name is jock
@@charlespierce3184 correct his name is Jock and he is a Scottish Terrier FYI. In the reboot , they changed his gender into a girl. Jock was also pretty judgey, why I say that you ask cause when Tramp came to meet them, Jock didn’t trust him at first. I didn’t blame em cause not a lot of people or domesticated animals warm up to street dogs like Tramp was, Jock even gave him the stink eye after hearing about how Lady got taken by the dog catcher and when Tramp got taken away by the catcher after Lady’s family assumed that he was trying to hurt the baby before knowing the real truth.
@@cockerspanielfan56 wow that’s interesting. Thanks 😊
@@charlespierce3184 thank you ☺️
@@cockerspanielfan56 okay but did you catch that Trusty offered Lady that Jock or himself would become her companion to save her reputation, when it turns out Lady is pregnant?
Well not only that, but to cut cost on animating more stuff
What about when Lady's looking up she’s not just seeing the hands she is seeing her owners face from down below guess maybe they didn’t know how to animate looking up?
I don't think that's it, just they didn't believe dogs would pay attention to human faces
I would love to have a dog like Lady. 😊❤
It was cheaper. A lot of old movies are like that cow and chicken Tom and Jerry go on
Dogs look up at us all the time. She’s looking up at them in the movie.
You can't sacrifice one animal for another. You can't kill one animal to feed another. It's violence,it's injustice,it's EVIL.
I like animated movies to yaayyy!
But aunt Sarah?? The policeman??
It’s also just cheaper
No.. It's to showcase the dogs and make them the main characters because the movie about dogs...
But aunt Clara IS...
did they copy tom and jerry
That’s understandable.
Like Tom y Jerry?
“Darling and Jim Dear” weren’t they in 101 Dalmatians?
Who?
