Thanks for all the love on this episode so far. I've been interviewing Scott for years, I think he's one of the best communicators in business.
Really enjoy looking into property companies so if there's anything missing from this episode, or something you want more of, let me know!
    Madison

Good to see that the debt based economy has been highlighted.

The whole economy is debt based because the money itself is debt based. The US buys money from the Fed using bonds, backed by.... money from the Fed, let the circle jerk continue.

100% occupancies because the empty ones have been sold.
Just say 15 minute cities already, with the profits going offshore.

can you please interrogate the green party on their nonsense policys , i think they need exposing , im sick of journalists going after rubbish like luxons housing allowance , if you heard him explain it it was actually pretty fair yet our left wing media keeps banging on about it ignoring the fact that labour did it as well and premier house is not habitable @@nzheraldtv

The banks are being very transparent as to which developments they have pulled the funding on. They are colour coded blue being the colour of the preservative coating used on timber framing.

I agree, based on personal experience working with an investment advisor, I currently have $650k in a well diversified portfolio, that has experienced exponential growth. It is not about having money to invest in stocks, but also you need to be knowledgeable, persistent, and have strong hands to back it up.
