Those who don't get great results aren't applying it right. I saw a video of a young lady who grabbed a fist full of hair, applied 5 pumps of UFD Curly Magic from her hand and stated that it didn't give her the slip it claims and made her hands sticky...Well I guess it wouldn't and of course the hands were sticky...LOL...Your video is awesome and I like UFD Curly Magic.
I just started the natural journey also so this works well I will have to try this. I like the wet look.
It’s actually recommended to use the Curly Magic on its own. I love it. Perfect one product wash and go.

I Love ‘em!!!!!!! I like the curl stimulator because there is no glycerin. It’s very light yet curls hold up and have lots of movement.

A Jamaican sister! Yes my girl! You look like a doll baby! I’m years late to this game, but just bought the gel today and will try it out this week. I hear it’s all you need but my concern is that my hair is VERY high porosity so I’m a bit nervous using no leave in first.

What's your hair type? I have high porosity 4c. I hope this will work for me. Gels are too drying and shrink horrible. I'm about ready to give up on wng. I may give this a try

I used these together and ended up with my beautiful curls, however it gave me a lot of flakes. I think either I used too much or I didn't rinse out my dc completely. I will try it again. Your hair is beautiful too. Thanks for your video.
yeah it could be either of those, I love this so I really think you should give it another shot 😊
They don’t seem to mix well for my son either he had chunky clumps of the product in his hair . For me it worked though, I didn’t have no issue. If you mix these products in your hands you can see it’s not a smooth combo. I love curly magic though it’s my holy grail. I use it with curlsmith hold me softly balm. Oh what seemed to work was adding the curly magic first and then go over it with the good hair for my son.

I honestly haven't done much to grow it really, I just deep condition and trim every now and then.
How do you know if there is too much protein in your hair?
your hair will feel very dry and brittle!
