If anything, it's good that it came out a little more "vibrant" now because in the bigger scheme of things, it's inevitably going to "wash out" relatively quickly, so you will actually get your desired pastel colors in a few washes, meaning that split-dye-hairdo will last you longer overall! Not a bad thing! :)
split dye is one of my styles whenever i dye my hair, but i’ve only ever had purple x green, red x purple. this color combo is really pretty! i have to try this on myself. thank you for sharing

You do not, unless you want it to come out lighter. It is already conditioner based so unless you're wanting to dilute it to a more pastel shade, adding conditioner isn't necessary. 😊
GORGEOUS! I’ve used the bubblegum pink and hated it! I wanted pale pastel pink . I even used conditioner to water it down and it was as too pink!
